  4. Be aware that you must also have filed US taxes for the last 3 years (if you had income above the threshold). You must also prove that you either live in the US or that you have made concrete plans to do so. As stated, your children can visit the US via VWP, but they cannot live in the US or attend school without a proper visa.

  6. I would file an N-400 (if you qualify) before filing a WOM. I have seen only one or two I-751s processed within 90 days....and those were used to boost USCIS numbers.

  11. I think getting an ADIT stamp would be ideal. But, I doubt she can get an infopass appointment in time. That's why I suggested taking those documents.
  12. If you are within normal processing times, it is completely normal. Patience is a virtue in immigration.

  14. She won't get an appointment before Tuesday. I would take the approved Advance Parole document and the notice of approval of the Green Card.
  15. I have seen cases where a copy worked. I have seen cases where it didn't work. However, the official Carrier information guide says the original extension letter must accompany the expired Green Card: Carrier Information Guide- English (cbp.gov)
