  1. His physical address is where he actually is or was.. USCIS will not mail him anything. Beneficiary will not be sent anything physically until his passport is returned after his interview.
  2. Wife's application initially showed 7 months.....interview was actually 4 months later...in Dallas.
  3. As of April 1, there is no additional biometrics fee.
  4. OK. Thanks. I believe this is going to be a long process resulting in a trip to home country for consular processing. She can't normally adjust status since she entered without inspection.
  5. Are you sure that the consulate schedules the interview? Employment-Based Immigrant Visas (state.gov) "Once the NVC determines the file is complete with all the required documents, they schedule the applicant’s interview appointment. NVC then sends the file, containing the applicant’s petition and the documents listed above, to the U.S. Embassy or Consulate where the applicant will be interviewed for a visa."
  6. Used the search function for Visa Journey: "Adam Walsh"

  14. I would advise the officer at the beginning that I traveled after submitting the DS-160.
  15. There would be no denial for that. You just correct the travel history at the interview by informing the officer that you traveled.
  16. I wouldn't worry about it at this point. It can be corrected at the interview or on the DS-260 if needed.

  18. These attorneys don't think so. I figured an NTA would be inevitable anyway.....but I am neither an attorney nor an expert. Why did I get NTA even after filing motion to re-open(I-290b) for my I-751 denial. - Legal Answers (avvo.com)
  19. Honest question: What does an I-290B accomplish in this particular case? Won't USCIS issue an NTA anyway?
  20. National Visa Center is not involved in an Adjustment of Status case. You will not be receiving a visa.
