  1. Hi I did came across this info recently for I 751 Mandamus The purpose of these petitions is to prove your marriage was entered into in good faith in order to receive your 10 year permanent resident card. According to the law, USICS has a maximum of 180 days to decide your case after you file it. They have 90 days if they skip an interview. The relevant parts of the rule states: (b)(1) . . . The director must either waive the requirement for an interview and adjudicate the petition or arrange for an interview within 90 days of the date on which the petition was properly filed. (c) . . . The director shall adjudicate the petition within 90 days of the date of the interview, unless the interview is waived in accordance with paragraph (b)(1) of this section. 8 CFR § 216.4. Has anyone filed Manadamus under this law. I see lots and ots new cases being approved and old ones keeps gathering dust. I see lot of people says just wait for your turn to come. How much wait is how much wait. In my opinion you are still in Limbo until your cases is decided. lot of things can go wrong- be it change in your personal relationship, be it divorce, be it death of spouse or be it you travel outisde and get stuck for whatsoever reason. If we says there is backlog then it should that someone who filed two years need to be decided first rather that someone who filed one year or later and so forth. will appreciate opinion of the people. I know as an Immigrant lot of people like to keep quiet because of the fear including me .
  2. Again you don’t get it. Your response from the initial one to this one does not make sense.
  3. So in your opinion only unprotected sex leads to kids. In vitro fertilization is a way too. Learn to give a answer in a civilized way. Word strongest does not mean one thing. It can include many things. I guess your mind stops with unprotected sex so I dont value your input.
  4. Interesting how people respond on internet and never read question properly. The question asked “ does having a child considered as strongest evidence” People are talking about unprotected sex, people are defensive as they themselves done have kids or intend to have kid, people talking about divorce or child abandonment. Please read question clearly and answer appropriately. People who intend to do fraud will find a way.
  5. Thanks for the response from amazing immigration experts
  6. Hi everyone I want to know what is considered as the strongest evidence for immigration. Does having children with US citizen spouse considered as the strongest bonafide evidence of marriage
  7. I am sorry peeople saying wait dont know what they are talking about. ROC is taking years and if u wait to apply for N400 then again you are at mercy of which field office you live in . Let says u wait and it takes 30 months to get approved and then you file N400 and your field office is say 12 months at least. so u have waited at least 4-5 years from the day u applied ROC. This will happen smoothly provided u are still married or your spouse does not die. And u have administration which is friendly. Though my opinion is No one care about legal immigration
