  2. OK. Thanks for the clarification. The wording does appear like I meant it was automatic. I should have said "3. You would now fall under the F3 category".
  3. " and I'm proud to be a Com-mu-nist, where everything is free !" "My food, my home, my student loans, YOU can pay for me" "and I'll gladly stand up, and stand in line, to get my bowl of soup" "'cause I know that Walz and K love me" "to heck with lib-er-ty" I amazed myself with that one...... I claim copyrights to the above.
  4. Shallow, dishonest, low info voter. His first song line should be " and I'm proud to be a Com-mu-nist, where everything is free !" As I said, this is a low info voter.

  6. Unless the online form has changed since 2022, you choose.
  7. The visa holder can enter the US at any POE. Flights change all the time. There is no requirement to enter at a specific POE.
  8. Not an issue.

  11. Your N-400 interview letter will show up in your USCIS online account.
  12. My thoughts: 1. You were an F2B when she filed the I-130. 2. You lost that category when you married. 3. Now, you are an F3 category. 4. Even an F3 priority date is not current. 5. You will be denied at an interview next month. 6. Your consulate needs to be informed that you are married, imo, so they can cancel the case. 7. Mom will have to file a new petition. You MIGHT be able to use the earlier priority date. If not, you will have a long wait. Others here might think differently.
  13. There is no deadline after I-130 is approved. Cases can remain at NVC by contacting them once a year. Just delay paying the fees or submitting documents.

  15. Agree. If Mom is US citizen, looks like F3 now...which is more than 5 years behind an F1.
  16. The holders of an immigrant visas can travel to the US, "activate" their Green cards, then immediately exit the US. I would not tell CBP that you plan to return to Canada right away. The endorsed visa acts as a temporary Green Card until the plastic one arrives. To answer your question, true derivatives cannot immigrate before the primary beneficiary immigrates.
  17. I have yet to hear the reason Mark Kelley was not chosen. The dems need Arizona, and Kelley seems to be more moderate than Walz.
  18. From the quotes I have heard, I think he is left of Harris...and proud of it. We will see what rural America thinks about both of them. Shapiro would have been a more logical choice to appeal to moderates....but Kamala and the dem machine's hypocritical hatred got in the way.

  20. It is possible to delay the children's visas at NVC indefinitely. Contact them or just don't submit fees or documents at NVC for the children's cases. That will hold them there.
  21. Yes. CURRENT income is king. Tax transcripts don't indicate current income. As @Boilersaid....get a well-qualified Joint sponsor.
  22. Anyone who thinks Walz will be seen by fly-over country as moderate is smoking crack.
