My I-751 was at Texas service center but they recently transferred my I-751 to NBC (National Benefits Center) because I applied for N-400 last Saturday. I'm glad they transferred my case from Texas Service Center because it's one of the SLOWEST centers. I highly recommend for you to apply for N-400. 

Notification received today. Case transferred from VSC to another office for processing. Had been sitting at the 'Fingerprints Accepted' stage for quite a while.

Finally received notice for an interview.  We left for an overseas vacation until first week of January earlier that day and will be gone for a month.  Talk about bad timing.  Well, hopefully the interview is not scheduled until we get back.  Will know in about a week.   Interview Was Scheduled
On December 3, 2019, we scheduled an interview for your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, Receipt Number MSC199042XXX. We will mail you an interview notice. 10 year Green Card APPROVED!!!!!!!!! Status update : New Card being produced as on Nov 27, 2019.. Went to this status straight from "Fingerprint review is complete".. No Interview during AoS or i-751 stage !!

Alright, here's a weird one.
 
I already got a notice in the past stating they didn't need my biometrics and that I wouldn't be refunded, however today I got a I-797C NOA for biometrics?? Same SRC# that I got on my last letter stating they didn't need it, and in fact my online status still says that my Fingerprint Review was completed. Looks like my biometrics are now scheduled for Nov 14 2019, very interesting how they state they didn't need it and now changed their minds.

got letter in September that said didn’t need go.
 
now got letter yesterday , we must go to bio on November 14th also.

Finally received my Bio appointment for Nov 14, 2019. I will try to do a walk-in on Tuesday.

Is there absolutely no response since submission? not even the 18 month letter has been given?

Same . I did get 18 month extension. After that in 06/2019 case was transferred. But nothing after that .

not sure if my experience will help, but just share it
 
I had my interview today, I filed divorce waive in the end of March (MSC#)
cos I am divorced, so the officer ask a lot detail from when we met, got married, what happened, when we divorced
In the end, she said I just wait for few weeks for my green card
(they didn't say approve or not, but my lawyer said it means yes, I got the green card)
the interview didn't take long (about 30-40 mins) and the officer was nice
 
my online status not change yet, I will keep you guys update!!

I'm gonna ask this one more time..Is  Texas USCIS still functional?

I saw one December filers approved. But also people who only applied 3 months ago are getting bio waived letters. No idea why they jump everything like that.

Few days after applying n400 I got letter states that your case has been transferred to NBC. NBC prepare cases for combo. I didn't request for anything.There a list on website for documents, and also you can upload unlimited documents, anything joint etc.

Hi.  Well, I didn't have a way to specify that I wanted a combo Interview; I guess you could attach a letter with your documents requesting that but I really don't think it would make a difference.  I applied online, and it surprised me to get my interview scheduled so fast since a day before it said on the website that my estimated waiting time was 5 months (Feb 2020).  I got notification that my I-751 was transferred to Lee Summit, and then that my local office had received it.  I am hoping they will have it there so, hopefully, I can get approved for both.  My husband is coming to the interview with me just in case.

Yes, I am in Austin, and my local office is San Antonio
