I sent my rfe response the other day i went overboard and added few more documents/evidence, also did the biometric appointment today was very fast 

instead of trying to get revenge focus on supporting the kid and moving on and never getting yourself in a situation like this again

Yes, I really undersand how you feel. I have been waiting for 4 weeks now, still nothing. I am just afraid the mail was lost somewhere.

Immigration is nothing but a waiting game. Patience is the key word. No choice or nothing else you can do if the number of the days they ask you to take action have not passed. So, try really try to enjoy your new life, read, workout, craft just do something that would make you forget about all that. I know its a bit frustrating when you go to your mailbox and not find any interesting mail, you're like ''whyyyyy :-(( haha.. but what else can you do besides waiting. Hang in there, the best is to come. Y'all have a great weekend!

Red flags:

Says you'll have to hide (be quiet) with the relationship. This pretty sure mean he has a family there and as soon as he is able too he would divorce you and apply for them.

You haven't met his family - Now you are thinking many haven't done that and that is correct but they also didn't have these issues you guys have. In his culture that is important. Pictures with his family will be important. 
 
And a lot more. This will be very very very hard! ... And please really give it more time then just jump into this and share all your financial stuff with him. 
 
Time be patient and go visit him and him visit you again. Even better go live with him for a longer time!! Since he has money it shouldn't be a problem for him supporting you while you are there! 
 

Isn't this like your 3rd thread about the same thing? I believe you got a lot of advises in your previous topics. But I'll repeat that for you.
 
Refilling K1 won't do you any good. You need to address reasons why you were denied. Remember? The consul thinking that you were married?
You also NEED MORE face time. Skype or facebook doesn't matter. USCIS won't care that the trip is expensive. There is little to none chances that your fiancee will ever receive any kind of non-immigrant visa.
 
You were advice to address those reasons and also probably pursue the CR1 visa.

well overall it seems the redflags were too much , adding the custody decree, and the way your fiance reacted at the embassy just add more redflags to the list you already had. CR1 i suppose would be the best option when you can afford it . Alot of ppl say lagos is tough , but from my experience and others lagos embassy knows what there looking for when they approve or deny, they had your petition and reviewed it entirely
