The President no matter who they are cannot change immigration by themselves. Too much paranoia abut this topic. I highly doubt either one of them will be able to implement what they want regarding immigration.

I would think there will be a lot of questions about legitimate relationship. It looks too much like just looking for green card.

Yup! My fiancee is one of them but I still have to support her for 6 months while she goes to school to supplement her English before looking for a job. Kudos to all those that are self sufficient.

I'm sorry to hear that your fiancee backed out for financial reasons. Guess we know where her priorities were.
The answers above are decent. Myself, I'd be thinking more in line with ummm.. maybe looking for another foreign fiancee isn't such a great idea and I should look closer to home. A bunch of us have discussed this before. If you are not prepared to stably support your fiancee on your own, and I mean definitely above the poverty line, then it's possible you will be just wasting more time and money. This isn't a judgement it's just a little bit of common sense. Money issues is the #1 reason for relationship arguments.
    Again, sorry.

I predict that his Fiancee hasn't got a clue that he wants to postpone the AOS 6-7 months and he has no intention of telling her. It will be one excuse after another to delay it after they get married. That alone may become a self fulfilling prophecy due to her frustration with the situation and the relationship. This plan really has little chance of success and you can tell from the number of negative opinion posts that most people think his intentions, motives and moral character reek. IDK, maybe it's time that the USCIS mandates an AOS filing period like they do the K-1 Visa. Arrive U.S. 90 days to get married, 150 days to file AOS paperwork or maybe 60 days from date of marriage.

Absolutely DO NOT agree to guilty or non contest. Not Guilty should be the only answer and do not talk about the details of the situation publicly or a in forum. After the trial is done, you will need copies of the arrest records, trial notes and disposition of the case. If they arrested 50 people there is a good chance everything is going to get dropped. They can't afford the time, effort and money for something so trivial. The arresting office may not show up and testify. The arresting officer has to remember details and so on. Many factors. My only other advise is make sure your fiance limits her activities to ones where she has the least amount of chance for another problem.

Just write unknown. Also, make sure you have plenty of relationship evidence since you divorced this year. Have proof of your timeline. Date of separation from your ex, date of final divorce from your ex, when you proposed to your fiance, how soon after you divorce did you file I-129F. Sometimes the Interviewing Officers don't like situations where the times overlap. We know from personal experience. We turned out OK because I had been legally separated for over two years. The legal battle just took a very long time. If there is an overlap they might think your fiancee broke up your marriage.

You keep asking about leaving the country. Don't do it under any circumstances until this is cleared up. It doesn't matter if Immigration got wind of it or not. Chances are they will. Maybe you are thinking about a cross border holiday trip or something but I strongly suggest you reconsider.

My advice is don't book any flights until you have Visa in hand. I can't tell you how many people have done it and regretted it.
After you arrive, marry and file for AOS, EAD, AP and receive your AP you can then book a flight to visit. It's nice that you want to visit for your nephew's birthday but I'm not sure that is doable under the circumstances. Do not travel out of country without that AP in hand. I know there are some emergencies that come up, like a death in the family God forbid, but even that might have to be put aside unless you want to lose out on your GC and have to start all over again. This time with a CR-1 which is even longer than a K-1.
