    multiple posts by one user removed for bickering with other members. several posts by other members were removed as those posts by that member were quoted. administrative action taken along with a permanent thread ban for the above and incorrect information. the correct information regarding changing of photos can be found at https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/passports/how-apply/photos.html under "Resolution, Print Size, and Quality" it clearly states "Do not digitally change the photo." visajourney is a forum for exchange of information. it is not a place to post erroneous information and then defend that erroneous information vociferously. charles vj moderation
