You won't need a police certificate from the U.S. for her time here.

It looks like there are quite a few Canadian companies offering police certificates and some have reviews from people saying they got them within 72hrs.  I would have her get down to one of these places ASAP and try to get it done.

You definitely need to wait for packet 4!  I think it will sometimes allow you to schedule beforehand but better to just wait for packet 4.  Mine came within 24 hours.  You need packet 4 for the medical and possibly the interview (I can't remember 100% and I haven't had my interview yet).

Also, did he actually get packet 3 in the mail yet??  I looked at your timeline and you got your NOA2 after me but got everything else way faster it seems!!

It's probably an error. I would call them and ask. If this is true, drink some good wine.

I've seen this before recently on VJ, it could simply be an admin error

Very interesting! I applied  for an expedite in February I still have not received a reply.  Like the other person said it might be an administrative error you should call USCIS and inquire about that

The times listed on the USCIS site are processing time for NOA2 in regards to the K1 visa.

They always give a 6 month timeline for NOA2. If your case was filed after 12/15/16 and you have not received NOA2 you are considered to be within 'normal' processing times. For the most part, the average time to NOA2 is considerably less (3-4 months these days), however there are still a small number of filers from December waiting for NOA2. If your case is outside of the timeline given by the CSC (for example, cases filed in November 2016), you are eligible to submit an inquiry online to check on the status of your case. Others have tried calling the CSC but it often leads to nothing productive, as they can only tell you if your case has been touched or not touched. The processing times on the site you linked to are updated around the 15th of each month, so within the next week or 2 the processing times will likely change to around January 15, 2017.

As said before, most are not waiting the full 6 months for NOA2, rather 6 months is the timeline that the CSC sets as a soft deadline for them to process cases. Through this forum we can tell that they are currently focusing on January/February cases, however there are some December and even a very small number of November cases still untouched.

You should be fine with the dated boarding passes.

We sent 3 of my fiance's bus boarding passes from Vancouver Canada to Seattle, WA without any passport stamps.  We also sent 2 airlines boarding passes with both our names on it.  With those boarding passes, we also sent pictures of us together next to landmarks of those places we visited.  For example, we sent pictures of us together at the Seattle Space Needle, Honolulu's Waikki Beach, and San Francisco's Golden Gate Bridge.

We had no requests for evidence and got our NOA2 77 days after we received our NOA1.

    Good luck!

if she visited you in the us you can get her electronic i94 which h will be just as good. otherwise include the boarding passes and credit card statements to show you were there during that time.

Like I was told, this is decided at the border. By allowing her to enter they have already made the decision that they don't think this was the intent and once such a couple marries and files for AOS as spouses this doesn't matter anymore. You can marry a USC and AOS from any visa.

when she shows up with a car full of clothes, tvs ect lol they get turned around pretty quickly...

of course, there are lots of people that pack a suitcase and say they are 'visiting' there bf.. however, the border will go through your phone and computer if they think intent.  speaking of which, border security USA just got on netflix - i suggest people watching that lol

If she enters the US without an immigration visa with the intent to immigrate, then that's fraud.

A complaint to their State Bar for advising you to commit a federal crime may well be in order.
