It's a lot to ask a solo female to travel with a toddler and a 5-mo old.

After 2 denials.. looks like time for you to visit your nephew

Chalandrae got a reaction from Hurry&Wait in Advance Parole processing times not correct
I was told there is actually NO processing times. Oh, and also, the 90 days is an "approximation". Have been told many many things and had t2 officers giving me different answers every time I called. One told me I would be approved withing the next 10 days ( I was on day 81, Guess what, never happened.) If you call USCIS, I would suggest to keep a log of all the officers' names (and/or ID) and what they told you. I wish I had done that right from the beginning.
If you are as unlucky as I was, they will never answer your service requests. Make sure you call and ask them to do it, do not do it online. Also, if you are over 90 days, I would suggest maybe getting your State senators and congressman involved.
My EAD/AP was approved in 156 days. We had to contact our Senator and congresswoman to get them to finally work on my case. Don't lose hope, you will have it eventually.

If you married within the 90 days, you are okay for AOS.
Hubby and I married in September 2015 and filled in February 2016 due to some circumstances. As of right now, everything has been going smoothly ( except for some delays, but it has nothing to do with filling so late ).
I won't comment on if you married after the 90 days as I am not 100% sure.

When you put it that way, I agree! How dare he bore you so. You sacrificed bringing him here and married him, and even got him a bank account that he fills with his money earned by working! He should have stayed in his home country.
I suggest you write to USCIS and tell them about this fraud ASAP. He works, bought a car, and saves money. We don't need people like this in the US. He sounds highly suspect. I think he's up to no good. The first clue is that he STOPPED buying you flowers. That's definitely suspicious.
Also, he can't assimilate to American life. We ALL eat on the couch, and watch tv all day long. And drink different juices! I think he'll fail with ROC because the juice issue shows your marriage is fake. Who won't drink different juices? Only a fraudster.

I disagree, I think this heightens awareness about the severity of embarking on a journey to bring people here for marriage and treat reducing the act to a whim. Allowing her to spout this hatred is belittling the efforts of those that take this seriously, in her own words she describes the actions from her husband that most would consider noble, yet she feels he is inadequate to her needs because he doesn't buy gifts for her on Impulse, let her stand as a cautionary tale for others that her behavior is abhorrent.

As a professional advocate working with victims of trafficking and immigration fraud I truly hope you are a troll. Unfortunately I know that these situations happen more than we'd like to believe. Your husband is a human being and attempting to sabotage his ROC because you don't want him anymore is vile. A person's immigration status is not a weapon to be used against them by abusers. Whether you are a troll or just a terribly selfish person, shame on you.

I have PTSD which includes anxiety and I've worked my a** off since I was 16. My husband wants me to be a sahm but I told him I'd rather babysit and bring in extra money if he wants me home with the baby I can't be lazy and not work I don't make excuses I like having my own money. I would never treat my husband like a slave maybe that's what she was expecting who knows since her last husband was a drunk
Op you brought him here so why send him back because your not happy anymore

I think you are a troll. Why did you think you imported a slave to work for you while sit on your tail and play princess? If I was him, I would run away from such a self-absorbed baby. No way would a normal person put up with you. Too bad if you have "anxiety" and "social" problems. I can see why with your narcissistic personality. The poor guy is working his fanny off to support your queen bee lifestyle. I think he's the crazy one for staying more than one minute with you. He is lucky if you divorce him. This can only be a made-up story...

He sounds like the kind of immigrant we want in this country. Works hard, is financially prudent, and seems to care about his family and friends.

Learn to work on yourself and your illnesses. You can't expect special treatments from everybody FOREVER.
People will be burnout, having constantly to tiptoe around your feelings, mood swings.
    Sponsor for I-864?
Your spouse is the hardworking one here.
Don't worry, he becoming a public charge is very unlikely.
You should be the one to worry who will pay your bills once he leaves you.

Depression and anxiety makes it so you can't work?
    That doesn't make you special.
    That makes you useless.
He won't be deported. You think you're the first googly-eyed weirdo that wants to be spiteful against someone using their immigration status?
There's only one thing to take away from all this. He's realized he can do without you. Maybe you'll come to understand that too.

Maybe you should take a leaf out of his book and be realistic. Tough luck on the responsibility front, though I highly doubt he's going to want anything from you after the divorce since he works like mad.
Think I'm done with this thread. Not a fan of the whole self righteous "how do I deport my spouse" #######.

This can not be serious. Your husband isn't a puppy from the pound "Since I don't want him anymore why don't he go back?".
You said you wany a divorce, get out the room sleep on couch and find a new place. He said okay. Ummmm sounds like a level headed man to me. You seem to be the one doing nothing to help the situation or marriage.

Or maybe he's being logical and planning ahead. If you suffer from anxiety and depression you need to get help not just abandon your family life because the two clearly don't mix. Have you thought your husband might also be working so much because he also doesn't know how to cope with or manage your anxiety and depression either?
EDIT: Why should he 'go back'? He's built a life here the past three years. Sounds like you're the one who's changed.

Well our long, long, long awaited day has finally come! My fiancé received his K1 visa and had POE yesterday. I flew to Jamaica to bring him here. It was a hectic emotional trip running around getting him all packed up and visiting family and friends to say goodbye. Everything with POE went great and it was bittersweet emotional day.
Today is his first full day in USA and also my birthday!! What an amazing birthday present! We are celebrating by going to a reggae show in Chicago with friends who don't even know he's here yet! Can't wait to surprise them!
I want to thank everyone here at VJ. I couldn't have made it through this extremely difficult journey without you! I'd like to give a special thanks to LovelyUs, Pinkrlion, Jawaree, Natasha&Noor, and Ebunoluwa. Your advice and inspiration got me through very bad days and there were many of those! Thank you to everyone who PMd me with kind words and encouragement. The love I felt when no one else understood was invaluable. Thank you to everyone who PMd with questions asking for help. It was a joy to help others. It took my mind off obsessing over my own visa journey.
This is the best birthday I've ever had! After 2 years, I know I deserve it! It just once again proves True Love can win and in God's time thy will be done!
    Blessings to you all!

I got a gym membership, binge watch shows... Found a starbucks I go once a week and read while having a drink.
    - I just got out of the ASC and everything went smoothly. The lady was surprised I had to come twice haha. Now the actual wait begins!
( I had my EAD bio done on 3/30 and GC was scheduled on 5/2. As my hubby is on sick leave and can't afford to take time off anymore, we decided to try a walk in. )

    Congratulations Goolia!!
So we tried a walk in at the Bronx today. After a little discussion, I was told to come back at 12 ( it's actually written down on my notice.
It was funny, I actually had to correct the officier about the codes... He told me having 2 appointments is normal! Told him that everyone I know who applied for EAD/AP AND Green Card only had 1 appointment with code 3, which should normally cover both.
Now I have 1.5 hours left to wait, So I will go eat some pancakes at IHop! Lmao

No worries, I still don't have ANYTHING. No EAD/AP, no case ready to be scheduled.... Starting to think I'll go home tonight and find another biometrics letter waiting.
Makes me want to cry. Been in the us since June 2015 and I miss working. I am NOT a good house wife. ( We got married two weeks before my I-94 expired, his mother had a stroke 2 weeks before the wedding. We had to travel to MD and because of this had no money to file until February. )
