  1. I'll share my experience with the infopass appointment I had last week for a passport stamp. I asked about the additional extension letter and was told they hadn't heard anything about that. She said that they should have sent messages out to people to come in and get their stamp after their extension letter had expired. Also, I inquired about the status of my case and she said that my bio metrics had just passed 2 weeks ago, I had them taken in May 2017. She also mentioned that my case had arrived at this office a few weeks ago, even though it said it was transferred in Feb 2018. Absolutely no time frame for when it might be approved.

    Hello everybody! Thanks for answers!

Of course we got marred by love. But then smth unexpectable came up (mom's health) and I been all the time with her. And of course my husband found another woman by this time, nothing wrong with that. So the only thing I have to prove is that my marriage was real, and it was.

You seem pretty nonchalant about the breakup......it doesn't seem like there was a deep connection to begin with. How long had you known each other before marriage?

So you had a temporary GC based on marriage but really didn't have much of a marriage and have only been in the US for 94 days. Honestly I'd be surprised if immigration even let you through customs.

Actually, it would not be any problem. The husband has no intention of allowing his wife to leave him, so he will jump through whatever hoops the USCIC puts in front of him in order for his wife to remain here. At this stage he is completely unaware of her intentions.

Well that would be immigration fraud.

  4. I'll give a little update. Since filing the I-751 we moved from KC to Nashville. USCIS still has not updated my change of address even though I filed it after receiving my I-751 receipt on 5/5. Anyways fast forward and I finally had my biometrics letter forwarded to me by USPS this Monday for an appointment today in KC . Spoke to someone at USCIS yesterday and they said to send it in requesting a new appointment and address change.

Nope, screw that....walked right into the Nashville ASC, there wasn't even a security guard there. In and out in 10 mins :D
