    Does she have a job?
My brother married a woman from Brazil, but not with a fiance visa. His wife works and sends some of the money back to Brazil to her poor mother, so I think sending money to parents for support maybe normal for some countries. But the key thing here is that she has a job and uses the money that she makes to send to her mother. So if your wife does not have a job and is so concerned about sending money to her parents, she should get a job and not demand it from you.

I am not sure as we really don't talk to him. But I believe he got a permenant residency card before he came to the US, he has a 24 year old US citizen son who sponsered him.

I sent you a PM with additional comments.

The NOA2 wasn't required at my fiance s interview. All consulates are different, but that document is addressed to the US citizen and I don't think it is expected for the fiance to bring it to the interview, the necessary information regarding the status of the case is sent from NVC to the consulate. In our case, and I'm sure every case, they sent a copy of the I129F that is stamped approved with other information on it such as case #, alien #. The consulate sent us that information after they recieved it from NVC.

I am sorry that there was a misunderstanding..I had briefly told the story in another thread asking about denials and waivers located here: http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/547687-questions-k1-section-212-a-6-i-ex-husband-previous-family-visa/
When I started this thread I was originally seeking out what my options were to go another route, but the thread turned more towards the misrepresentation and waiver, which is just fine, i am getting more help then I expected under this thread.

The information I reported yesterday was based on text messages, and I think we all know how they can be unclear and misinterpreted.
I finally talked to my Fiance last night, as I do every night, and it appears that the person giving her the interview was new at giving an interview or was set on giving a denial, because all he did was focus on an overstay whose penalty has expired 4 years ago. It seems that he didn't even look at any of the paperwork, he said there was no evidence, no photos, etc., he tried to verify my fiance's country of birth several times but he kept saying the wrong country and she had to correct him, if he had looked at the paperwork or even had it in front of him he would of known he was incorrect. All that he did was bring up her past visas on the computer and tried to go from there. I think because of that he only asked about the overstay, and mentioned a waiver, which is not needed because the penalty for the overstay has expired.
Finally at some point two other employees came out, one of which I have been emailing back and forth with questions as she recognized my finances case and mentioned the emails, they intervened and re-scheduled the appointment for Monday.
So, hopefully the interview on Monday will go a lot better, and she will have someone who looked at the case and knows what they are doing, hopefully the person I've been emailing.

You obviously left out and never said the part of the story about the hotel room did you? So that just leaves us to fill in the story you wrote for ourselves...you said after a nightclub, thoughts are that you either went home (where friends would be) or it happened in the street on the way home (unlikely), or something else..
You may as well tell us more before you get another attitude for us not being able to read your mind....
You seem to be concerned about her being able to re-enter on a future visa if you sue her, are you concerned because you would not want that to happen or are you concerned because you are some kind of control freak that wants to ban someone from re-entering because it didn't work out with you?

You have to be careful with that without an interview date. The consulate my fiance needs to go to requires the medical 10 days prior to the interview, other consulates require it the same day as the interview.

Maybe the relationship was not really that important for him, I can't imagine just giving up on someone I intend to marry, marriage is quite a serious matter....or maybe the frustration of the process broke the relationship.

Have you tried to track it using DHL?
    The instructions are here http://www.visajourn...the-us-embassy/
You can track it all the way from origination to destination and also see who signs for it....the web site states that one is only allowed to use it to track a package to, from, or for oneself..but I strongly suggest you use the following criteria EXP 17 MAR 2015A for better results select New Zealand at the bottom.

I think the general consensus on VJ is to wait at least 10 days(business days I believe) before calling NVC and also to ignore the 35 day wait time that is stated in the recorded message when calling.
I have not called NVC yet.

    Thank You.
In my excitement I forgot to let everyone know that when I received the notification I got an Email, Text message, and it was updated on the Website.
On the day of the notification I checked the USCIS website before leaving work, around 4:45 EST, and the case had not been updated, Since it was a Friday, the start of the weekend and close to 5:00 the end of the work day, I had dismissed the idea of possibly hearing anything until next week. I am not sure if they updated it after I checked it at 4:45 because of the 1 hour time difference between EST and CST or if it gets updated when the system runs the routine to send out the notifications, I am thinking the latter. You can image the surprise when I got it.
With all the recent August approvals I think we can dismiss the questions on how much longer it will take for August filers to get approved, they are processing them and it seems to be fairly steady.
