Field office: Manchester, NH. 

There was no lawyer involved and it was very smooth. My friend is a citizen now.

Probably they will open but not at all the states. Hot spot locations will remain closed. Just my opinion.

They can try to contact the embassy of their country of origin. Some countries are arranging special flights through their embassies abroad so that their citizens can return.

I doubt that this has anything to do with you not getting an interview letter. Just wait and see what happens.

Thats normal. It doesnt mean anything to your case process. They will still work on it. 

I do not have time to maintain this spreadsheet for every change needed. I will probably give access to another user who can oversee it and make the changes when needed. Please let me know who has the time and knowledge to take care of this.

Submitting records is different from disclosing previous tickets/arrests.

You should mention them to the officer. They are not a big deal anyway, but when it comes to immigration, you must not hide any incidents. Saying the truth is always the best way to go.

I would have paid. Waited few days and then go to the restaurant to dine in, I will order one thing from everything, once food is on the table I will put in my food a fly or a bug that I brought with me. Then I will make a scene and tell them I don't want the food and then will walk out.
