Hello, Am in the same situation. Do you mind sharing the field office your friend went to for the process? and also did he use an attorney for the process? I wanna give it a shot but debating do it myself or do it with an attorney?

    Field office: Manchester, NH.

There was no lawyer involved and it was very smooth. My friend is a citizen now.

    Good luck.

I doubt that this has anything to do with you not getting an interview letter. Just wait and see what happens.

    Hi Deagle,

My data is on the 9th row, please move my name (LA&MA) from 15th row to 9th row (Filing Date: 1/4/2020, Field Office: Fort Smith, AR)

By the way ... if this helps ... I checked the spreadsheet history yesterday and got a copy of the old version that before someone messed it up. (which was Feb 28th)

    Copy:

    https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/18KpSkDSndqkkTlFbrmieQP4Z4ris2UWs6kzdvCw1URA/edit?usp=sharing

I retrieved the old version as of Feb 28th.

These are traffic infractions even if you didnt mention you can always bring the issue before the interview starts and let them know that i had couple of traffic citations. Even a good person can have a bad day with driving you will not have any problem. IF  i were you i would not even mention it to the officer but that is me if they happened before 3 or 5 years based on your filing. Too much info means more scrutiny.

You should mention them to the officer. They are not a big deal anyway, but when it comes to immigration, you must not hide any incidents. Saying the truth is always the best way to go.

  5. I would have paid. Waited few days and then go to the restaurant to dine in, I will order one thing from everything, once food is on the table I will put in my food a fly or a bug that I brought with me. Then I will make a scene and tell them I don't want the food and then will walk out.

    Just kidding.

Too much happened over a pizza. Not worth it.

Good luck in your citizenship, this doesn't sound a big deal.

Yes, this worked for me and was very useful to confirm accuracy. Even though it says it doesn't work for green card holders, it actually does seem to work for anyone who previously held some type of visa.

Interesting site. Does it cover people with immigrant visas as well?

    The site says -

"This website provides limited access to arrival and departure date records of nonimmigrant aliens entering and departing the United States which are maintained in the U.S. Customs and Border Protection's (CBP's) Nonimmigrant Information System (NIIS)."

Wonder if it reflects entries only while you are a non-immigrant, and if it keeps that information, and shows it to you, after you become an immigrant.

    Just wondering...

    Thanks.

Yes, I am a GC holder and it worked just fine.
