  1. hello,

i am married to US citizen and she is in the US and am outisde the US, my question is that in 2011 i joined this diversity lottery visa program over the internet and i am not even sure if they applied for me or it was just a scam to take my money :/ and i was cheking the DS-160 form and there is a question if i applied for any visa before, do i have to say yes or no ? and if yes is this gonna affect my I-130,I-129F or my marriage ?

    thank you !

  2. OOOOO K3. I kept thinking K1 haha.

Expediting requests is usually if you can show that your spouse or fiance is experiencing tremendous hardships (i.e. the typhoons in the Philippines was a reason).

what about terror attacks in my country such as suicide car bombings most of the time and the american government has issued warning for US citizens not to visit my country due to terror attacks and such danger, would that help ?

  3. Wait - you submitted both the I-130 AND the 1-129F?

They're different. Are you married or not?

If you're NOT legally married, then you can only submit the I-129F. If you ARE legally married, then you submit the I-130.

Don't really understand why you submitted both...?

Not a problem that you're younger, as long as you show a bonafide relationship.

Photos are secondary. To strengthen your evidence - proof of joint bills/accounts, stamps in your passports to show you were together in the same country at the same time, proof of joint households, etc.

yes we are legally married in my country and we have the court documents and everything is legal and official, we submitted the I-130 first and got the NOA1 and then we applied for the I-129F (K3) so we can wait the I-130 while we are there together and we recieved the I-129F NOA1 too like 20 days ago, and we have photos and hotel invoices with both our names and sure passport entry stamps.

  4. Hello,

my wife is original American citizen ( did not get the citizenship by birth or marriage or neutralization) we met in December and got married in my country and we did honey money in Turkey and visited Dubai Together and she visited me 3 times in my country so far, my questions are :

1- we submitted I-130 and I-129F a month ago and we received NOA1 for both and waiting the approval, what is the best way or reasons to expedite the I-129F.

2- I am younger than my wife by like 8 years is this gonna be a problem ?

3- we have all the evidences and photos of us together from every time we met in my country and in our honey moon in Turkey and our trip to Dubai, can that help us more ?

    thank you
