Graham voted against the bill. I can not stand him at all he is nothing but a RINO. 

If that was the case they could address the illegal alien issue at a later date and actually work on the budget. But both of us know that actually isn't the case.
 
They ARE illegal aliens. Whether or not they are worth some inconvenience is besides the point. The most urgent issue right now is a budget so that should be what this bill is about. The illegal alien issue can be addressed later instead of democrats holding our government hostage until they get their way.
