I think you are only eligible for jail in Chicago if you kill someone. Even that is iffy.

The left is always crying about reforming the criminal justice system. To many innocent people getting locked up. Now they are saying accusations are enough. No need for any due process or trial.

The people of Mn knew Franken was a disgusting wacko when they voted him in. Look at all the things he has said and done in the past. I am not surprised about his behavior at all.
