  1. The latest petulant Democrat pipe dream. The DM is famous for its clickbait headlines, but in this case, the headline is fairly accurate. This is a wild plot. For a political party that says they are for the common person, they are really out-of-touch. I heard it mentioned on radio the difference between Democrats and Republicans, where Republicans take in all the news from both sides, whereas Democrats are only looking at the news from their side. It seems there is a current events literacy gap in the Democrats. Taylor Swift, Oprah and a 'blitz primary': Well-connected Democrats including a former Obama and Clinton advisor issue bombshell memo detailing wild plot to replace Biden https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-13610441/Democrats-former-Obama-Clinton-advisor-plot-replace-Biden.html
  2. It appears I was wrong, there is no law as far as I can find requiring an OEM provide replacement parts for a period of 10 yrs. In general, an OEM will support a vehicle for around 10 yrs after it leaves production, but YMMV. I know with my wife’s car which was within the warranty period, I had to replace a side mirror that I damaged, and it only came in one color so it had to be painted. It is hard to say how long OEMs will support software particularly as cars move into the realm of smart phones.
  3. I agree, a 2 hr layover may not be enough time especially for someone not familiar with the airport. To be honest, I would drive the 1.5 hours or so and avoid a connecting flight altogether as it might be less stressful. Good Luck!
  4. If you already uploaded all the additional information you should be fine leaving that section blank. Good Luck!
  5. Ahh, the Democrat talking point about the tax cuts. I am not in the top 1% and I got a tax cut. How do you explain that? Now if you want to change the way this country taxes income, you know progressively, then fine, vote for the people that will confiscate other people’s money like the Democrats promote. As to tariffs, time will tell, but I highly doubt an across the board tariff will happen under Trump, and besides, Biden seems to be touting tariffs as well, but I guess those are just to protect the investments of his family and friends.
  6. Technically a company has to provide spare parts for 10 years. It is unclear to me if bankruptcy can circumvent that law. The secondary replacement parts industry often makes parts longer, but I doubt this will happen for the Fisker.
  7. The sad thing is the young black women Biden snubbed will probably still vote for him.
  8. Corrupt to the core. Biden’s $500M Bankrupt Electric Car Company Selling Cars at 80% Off https://www.frontpagemag.com/bidens-500m-bankrupt-electric-car-company-selling-cars-at-80-off/
  9. How does Biden get away with his blatant racism?
  10. If you like regressive and economically damaging policies, then you are probably right.
  11. Of course you don’t see it, Biden is your guy so you ignore his executive orders such as buying votes with taxpayer money to college loan idiots. SCOTUS said it was unconstitutional, but Old Corrupt Petulant Joe is doing an end run as he knows it will be another few years before more cases make it through the courts. Then of course Biden’s executive offices are using unelected bureaucrats to make laws that were never written. Brings back that old Reagan quote.
  12. He didn’t even vote for it, so maybe he finally realized he was played by the Democrats. Btw, why does compromise in DC always result in the Democrats getting their way, and the Republicans taking it where the sun doesn’t shine. Who really cares why the GOP tanked the “bipartisan” Senate bill, or why the Democrats will not let HR2 see the light of day in the Senate, it is all about politics, and neither side has any high ground. I seem to remember the Democrats not compromising on a Trump full plan for the “Dreamers” because Queen Nancy and Corrupt Chuck did not want Trump to get a political win. The same could be said about the wall, but Republicans are the problem.
  13. It is interesting you say Trump has authoritarian tendencies all while ignoring those same tendencies in Biden. I will agree, DC is broken, and both parties are to blame in allowing the Executive Branch to weird so much power. I do wonder if the recent SCOTUS decisions related to the bureaucrats, in particular ending the Chevron doctrine, will do anything to righting the ship that is Congress.
  14. The Senate Bill did nothing to control the border. If Democrats were actually serious about border control they would pass HR2 which is sitting in Corrupt Chuck Schumer’s inbox.
  15. If Democrats are accusing their political rivals of something corrupt, it is a sure bet they are the ones actually taking part in the corrupt acts.
  16. It is interesting how the Dems/left/MSM are so interested on the friends of the Supreme Court Justices, and completely ignore real corruption. Chuck Schumer's 'Dear Friend' Invested in Solar as Schumer Secretly Negotiated Climate Bill Around the time that Democratic leaders were secretly negotiating the details of President Joe Biden's landmark Inflation Reduction Act (IRA), Democratic Party megadonor James Simons's hedge fund substantially upped its financial stake in several solar energy companies, which reaped windfalls from the bill. According to federal elections filings, eight days before Senate majority leader Chuck Schumer (D., N.Y.) and Sen. Joe Manchin (D., W.Va.) publicly unveiled the IRA on July 27, 2022, Simons wired $2.5 million to Schumer's Senate Majority PAC. Then, in August, one week after President Joe Biden signed the bill into law, Simons sent another $2.5 million check to the same PAC. Simons's trading activity, coupled with his aptly timed donations to the Senate Majority PAC, raises questions about whether he had advance knowledge of the IRA negotiations, which were supposedly kept private until Schumer and Manchin's announcement in late July. https://freebeacon.com/democrats/chuck-schumers-dear-friend-invested-in-solar-as-schumer-secretly-negotiated-climate-bill/
  17. The OP filed an I130/I485 for their mother. If the mother leaves, the I485 is abandoned, so in effect the mother does not want to leave the U.S.
  18. The Democrat Party, that put themselves in this position, will still need to convince (read payoff) the entire Biden family to get Old Corrupt Joe out.
  19. It was in the link @Crazy Cat posted. As to becoming a citizen, that might have been a personal choice to remain an LPR, possibly because he knew applying for naturalization might have revisited the drug charge issue.
  20. Isn’t this how it usually goes in the UK? The Torries stay in power for a relatively long period, then the people get tired of them' and Labour takes over until they mess up?
  21. It would never be broadcast. Also, has anyone seen the rules for changing a candidate on the various state ballots at this point? I have heard there are several states that will not allow a switch this late in the game short of the death of the candidate (and even that might not be a reason), but have not found anything definitive yet. If Old Corrupt Joe pulls out, but they cannot switch his name on a state ballot, I don’t think the electors automatically go to someone else (I.e. electors are based on candidate, not Party).
  22. How long does it take to get a work permit for Thailand?
  23. Happy Real Independence Day! https://constitutioncenter.org/blog/when-is-the-real-independence-day-july-2-or-july-4
  24. The Democrats are so myopic that they cannot see the forest. I can excuse Old Corrupt Petulant Joe due to his addled mind (I cannot believe he will remain President for six more months). This ruling was not limited to just Trump and the politicized prosecutions he is facing. All the petulant caterwauling by the left/Democrats must mean the Dems/left want Obama and Biden prosecuted for their actions as well.
