  1. Hello friends New member of the board here but have been silently reading and educating myself for few months here. I am a US LPR and have filed I-130 for my wife, a Chinese citizen and currently an international graduate student here in the US on F1 visa. As her Application Filing priority date is becoming current now in October, we are moving forward with submitting her AOS application. I want to know when should we get her medical exam Form I-693 done? Should we include the exam report in the AOS packet and send along or wait until after I-485 has been submitted, USCIS issues an RFE for medical? Based on what I've searched here - and there are lots & lots of personal experiences from members here - there doesn't seem to be a consensus on the pros/cons of one way or the other. My concern is we're not getting readily available appointments in our nearby areas. As my wife doesn't have her childhood vaccination records available, this could further add delays in getting her final medical report back from the physician's office, possibly further delaying submitting her AOS package. Would it be best to send out AOS without medical just so it gets in USCIS system and we don't have to worry about her PD regressing by any chance next month etc. ? I've also read from members who sent their medical with AOS package that due to long processing time, their medical gets expired and USCIS asks them to get a new one anyways. So can anyone please guide us to what would be the best way to tackle this issue? Thanks
