When in 2019 did you submit the N400? If you submitted prior to 7/1/2019 it may be an issue and a new N400 will be needed as @Family suggested. OK, so now the specific dates play a role as if you filed the N400 under the 3 yr rule, it will not go anywhere since you divorced your 1st wife. If your husband is an LPR and he filed it would be under the F2A classification, so even if the I130 is approved quickly, it will still be a wait for a visa to become available according to the visa bulletin (currently 15Nov21).
