Jawaree got a reaction from EM_Vandaveer in Bad situation
In defense of the OP i think English is not her 1st language,
but just buying her clothes & paying her phone bill maybe
one reason he gets into a tizzy about bills, there are many here
and priorities must be met

Jawaree got a reaction from Anitafeliz in Is it possible to start the k1 process if you don't live in the USA or in your SO's home country?
You do have to prove domicile in the US, or
there will be delay, an active bank account, an
unexpired license, a job offer (not absolutely
necessary) and a lease even from a parent (if
intending to 1st staying with them) helps. No
two cases are exact but certain rules will apply.
Why not marry in Prague then apply for spousal
visa, she'll be able to start working on arrival,
and you have 2 yrs to work with.

Jawaree got a reaction from Cathi in Cancer and visitor visa
Dude I understand just having mom there at this time, no matter how old
one gets the injection of having a parent there in times like these is great
emotional support unmatched by any other, she can apply again &
be sure to have strong medical evidences with strong ties where
she now resides, I'd also reach out to my congress-person to see if
a compassionate contact to the embassy can help (it has B4)
If all that fails I guess you can try for Humanitarian Parole (a longer process
but request to expedite can be made) I wish you Gods richest blessings of
health & more...

Jawaree got a reaction from enxhi96 in Do I need to wait until Divorce is finalized before filing for K-1?
To file K1 a divorce decree signed by a judge is necessary if there is prior
marriage, also the 2 ppl must have met face to face within the past 2 yrs (with
documented proofs) not just pics, there may be questions if all this was
planned by you 3 (not necesssairly but possible) whats the hurry to re-marry

Jawaree got a reaction from EM_Vandaveer in Lawyer for waiver
I've heard of Mike Cho nothing negative or positive , except he tells everyone
he can do their cases successfully...Call heather Poole..another str8 shooter,
You will likely have a misrep at interview for non disclosure, so you need an atty
however the charge seem as if it would be petty exception.
Never choose an atty by price you can end up getting what you paid for, & never
take the internet reviews as gospel. Consult at least 2 more attys , make a lists
of serious answers you need

Jawaree got a reaction from zeeeeeeek in green card marriage fraud turned into nightmare
You all are conspirators, and dude u have no integrity, after such
fraud plan U slept with the mans wife, U should know that would
go sour....ppl like U enable welfare seekers and those who will
harm USC to stay, while legitimate couples have a hard time getting
approved, U deserve all the hell she putting U through & they both
may end up staying...pray U don't go to prison & let it be a lesson
learnt to U and others like U.....Lawyer should be dis-barred

Jawaree got a reaction from Carpe Vinum in Discovered fraud 2 weeks into K1 marriage- annulment, vawa? (split)
Very easy Embassy I'd often wonder if its because PI is a strong US
allay, and to be honest some of the best nurses in the US are from PI

Jawaree got a reaction from nepimmig in Parents arrived from Nepal to Colorado on IR5 visa. What now?
The GC will come
Apply for their SS card at local office
Take them to local library & join a church or place of worship whichever applies,so they can assimilate
If they are able & want to work get them something part-time.
Have them registered at the local hospital that will put them in their clinics, and they will pay for their medical
treatments at a price set for them, or buy insurance....You will pay for medical for them
-
Jawaree got a reaction from FarrahIdir in Long ap and second interview
Some 2nd interviews are referred to as AR (but everyone case is different)
AR does not need medical or police certs. They will ask some & more of
the same questions to clarify some things especially if CIMT is involved.
Bear in mind it could be just a few questions, Best of luck

Jawaree got a reaction from Anitafeliz in denied after 6 monthes in ap please help
The US spouse needs to get an atty, theres no real legal help here
if theres lack of funds then put on pause until its affordable. USCIS
found something negative during AP regarding his answer that does
not match up maybe & came to the decision

Jawaree got a reaction from MrsAwakened in Waiver Journey - Good and Bad News
Hey stay positive, it is harder to get back in, but for many it has happened.
Once outside the US one cannot get a pardon easy..you can ask your Senator
to help with reforms, but by themselves they wont change laws & yes some of
them are leery about going all out to get an immigrant with a criminal case back
in. With a US record its hard going to Canada even a DUI....Liz is good
-
Jawaree got a reaction from MrsAwakened in Waiver Journey - Good and Bad News
So if he now has only one conviction (under 30 grams) he would now be able to file I 601 & 212 (if he was deported)
If he was a previous LPR its darn hard to qualify for 212(h) relief....be sure you have official documents like final disposition
for the Embassy.
The CO could not be nice & just give him a pass its a law they must follow with any CIMT,their boss look at & sign off
on approvals & disapprovals...I had mentioned Li Cannon ,so have you at least asked her how to go forward, there maybe
resistance from USCIS re:his record & having an atty for AO (if needed) is best. A Senator cannot change USCIS
decisions.
The best thing to do is ignore the mean-ness, no one is perfect....just keep on keeping on,& know that if he truly have
2 drugs charges , he cannot get an IV, further on he may get a temporary visa with D3 waiver, but not anytime soon &
hard to come by...in the meantime think about plan B would you go live with him a part of the yr?...can he get Mexican
residency (then you both could live on the border?) and you work in the US ...goodluck

Jawaree got a reaction from X Factor in Name A Phobia however one may think silly
I hae tried very hard to let go off this due to wife & kids.I hate having to always disclose where I am going to anyone unless I chose to
after I turned 18 it was like a freedom to say...be back...so then after marrying (my fiancé knew) I was more comfortable to say "going
to mom, or gym, library whatever. To this day I resent being asked where I am going or been other than from the wife or kids. I feel if
want you to know I'll divulge the info...I find it to be a strong resentment within me, but I do the right thing so none of the kids take on this
attitude....anyone else have that prob?
X Factor fear of public speaking is a prob with many ppl, but they have classes to overcome that, & it helps
there are some good ones in the NYC area

Jawaree got a reaction from mallafri76 in What Do You Suggest Regarding this AP Situation? [split topic]
Reason to believe ....give CO power , hey can look at what he could have received for the crime "although"
no charges occurred, reason to believe is what embassy can work with...did they issue him any papers with
such denial? A You can have an atty file an AO (advisory opinion ) on the case & it cannot be done by a lay-person
B ...If he was issued a 221 G get an atty to file waivers.
What they have done is denied him on the basis we believe you were guilty & got lucky, so hire an atty asap
all is not lost he just need the facts laid out legally to the embassy....immigration is a money biz
-
Jawaree got a reaction from Boiler in Is this a shame?
I think the lady got her GC she was seeking, theres no excuse on
her doing this...did you promise her a rose garden? seem like it
was well planned with the neighbor...$500 for her parents ...phew !!
that's some ppl here SS payments....what were you suppose to be
the Money-train...divorce & move on.
Why did you report her missing when she left you a bye bye letter
with fake reasons? She left you in that case..just hope shes alive
& well
-
Jawaree got a reaction from Unidentified in Adam Walsh Waiver
To add to this its reported somewhere since this law came about
only about 20 ppl have been approved up to 2015.
They are also leery if the beneficiary is of child bearing age, even
if you both say you wont get pregnant, no one can judge without
facts but don't attempt to imply that the country did you wrong, nor
should she give them a water-down version of what happened, this
can only be something you did to yourself, because unlike in some
countries this not taken lightly in the US. so the treatments meted out
is in accordance to the crime itself...again.....Speak to an Atty
