The I-129F is mostly completed by the USC, she will be the one "petitioning" to bring you over. You will need to send her, a G-325a signed and dated, a letter of intent signed and dated, a US sized passport photo of yourself taken recently, and I believe that's it from your end (please check the guides to double-check). She will fill out her own G-325a, letter of intent, and get her own passport photo for the G-325a in addition to filling out the I-129F form, writing the supplement in question 18, submitting her birth certificate, writing the cover letter, writing the check, and assembling the evidence (you can, obviously, help her by sending her evidence like copies of your boarding passes/passport stamps/etc.). She will be the one sending everything and handling the receipts.
It is how you met each other. She will be writing it so it will be from her perspective or a "we" perspective.
You will be at the embassy in London.

I just posted a similar thing, but attacking the people applying under deferred action makes me uneasy because those applying were children who were brought here illegally without an option to do it legally. Do I think it's fair that they are jumping in line? No. But perhaps our anger is better directed towards the governments and USCIS' allocation of labor and not at the people, illegal or legal, who are using the system.

It is very clear in the article that these are the accounts of Mr. Dooley who took the stand prior to the jury deliberating and handing down their verdict of "guilty on all counts". It shouldn't be surprising to anyone that the account of the accused is going to be tilted in his favor. It should not be mistaken for the full body of evidence based on which the accused was convicted.
Based on my experience sitting on a jury hearing and helping to decide an aggravated assault case, I would say that a jury goes by and weighs the evidence presented. That's what the jury that I served on did.

Nah, us libruls are crazy enough to believe that this is a human rights issue and that the BSA, despite being a private organization, nonetheless is somewhat of an institution in American life. Therefore it behooves those socially conscious 'libs' to put social pressure on this organization to try and get it to move forward on this issue along with most other parts of society like the courts, state governments, the military, etc.

Yes, the 70 year old could have gotten beat up (obviously that would be horrible), but then James could've been arrested and prosecuted for assault rather than be dead and have Dooley in jail for killing him.

Uhm, guns get confiscated every single day here in LA so...it does happen. LAPD is pretty hardcore.

Firstly, I did not say that at all so cheers for implying dramatic and incorrect things /sarcasm-returned
Second, the court ruled that there was "no reasonable belief that deadly force was required". Testimony showed that James was only trying to get the gun away from Dooley when he was shot. When you have three witnesses claiming the same thing and only the defendant claiming the other, your sarcasm is invalidated.

the op is about an illegal immigrant stealing an ssn and evylin brought up that identity theft is not a crime exclusive to illegal immigrants. imo, that's on topic. and htf would i know how people steal ssns? i actually have no idea what stolen ssns have to do with obtaining a visa. my husband got his visa, activated it, and was issued a number. not catching your drift..
