Have you thought of making your photos into a collage on 8x11 photo paper? That way, you would have 4 or 5 or even 6 individual photos on one paper.

Their GC will arrive in the mail anywhere from 4-8 weeks. If you don't receive it by then, call USCIS.
You can go to your local SS office and apply for SSN for your parents. They need to bring along their passports stamped with the I-155 stamp at the POE.
Driver's licenses; same thing - they need their passports with I-155 stamp, a lease as proof of address, utility bill, SSN (so you need to get them SSNs first), and any other document proving their status. Note that their passports would likely be stamped for 1yr at the POE until they receive their 10 yr GC in the mail so if you go to DMV in the next two or three months, their state IDs or Leaner's permit(depending on which you want to get them) will have that restriction on it. This means you would have to go back to DMV after you receive the GCs to remove the 1yr restriction. So it is best to wait to get the GC until you get them the state and other such IDs, unless they need the state IDs for something right away. Ofcourse, here in my state that's how it works but may be different in yours.
I know your parents CAN NOT receive any federal or state services/benefits until they're five years living here because of the I-864 and other laws. However, you can search online for organizations that will provide subsidized care like doctor's visit, vision & dental at affordable prices if you don't already have health insurance for them. Here in VA, the catholic church offers some services like that. Some state govts give subsidized help for emergency room stay only. So there are a lot of organizations and places you can search or go to, to get affordable services to alleviate some of the huge expenses you will be incurring for sponsoring and taking care of two parents here in America.

But I think you need to also go back and remove or edit the similarly condescending comments that precipitated the reaction from escertainLove. That's the only way to ensure fairness.

There's a polite and respectful way to correct someone, even it is clear they have provided wrong information. We must think about the attitudes that drive people away from this site after they're through with their immigration process.

We printed all our pictures into a collage on two 8x10 photo paper. We went to CVS (Walgreens & Wal-mart both have this service too)and the attendant at photo center inserted my thumb drive, selected all the pictures I wanted on the screen and made them into two 8x10 collage. After they were printed, I then wrote by hand the names, dates & places at the back. The advantage of this is that it fits in or slides in perfectly with all your other papers.

Unless your husband can show that people in his neighborhood has been infected there is little hope of an expedite. Many places have serious infectious conditions in the area or racial/religious attacks are unless they are on your street an expedite is next to impossible . It is considered normal for people in 3rd world counties to deal with health issues

Sorry for your loss with your dad's passing. Please accept my sympathies and condolences.
I don't have any specific advice to add, except these questions;
1. What exactly did she lie to you about? Is it when she said she will be arriving on such & such date and the dates kept changing? Do you realize her arrival in Hawaii is out of her control? For goodness sake she has no visa in hand yet. So it's not possible for her to give you a firm date of arrival.
2. Do you also realize it is very possible that her phone was stolen? Do you have reason(s) not to believe her?...Is there a past history to make you doubt her? If she has lied to you in the past about simple things, then I can understand how you're feeling. Are you feeding on what was said by your dad or hearsay by friends & family? In any case, give your lady the benefit of the doubt on the phone and her arrival date.
3. I'm sure you're aware that pregnant women go through a lot of changes. She is going through very serious biological, psychological, physiological and emotional ups & downs that we as men can not imagine. These changes might explain why she is being distant lately and not responding as often & promptly as she used to with your communications. My wife keep telling me how she is going through this changes and being forgetful of simple things she easily did before pregnancy and I'm wondering hmmm... But I have to accept it and take her word for it because I haven't been pregnant before. I carry a little keg around (NOT six pack) and it's hard doing that... how much more carrying a 35 or 36 weeks bulge around. lol.lol.
I hope you reflect on all this and give your lady some slack.
