Benediction got a reaction from meagan in K1 APPROVED BUT PETITIONER CUT HER OFF!
My question is, why are you curious about future petitions? Are you planning on trying to find another American to court you? The only question should really be is how to cancel it, a future petition at this point is unecessary to really know about as you could find a fellow filipino to love and wish to remain home. Sorry if I am looking at this the wrong way, but it just appeared to me that way.

Why would you even be his friend considering what he is doing to someone else? What type of friend are you to allow this to just happen and talk to him and smile as if all is well. Regardless of the situation, I find not only his conduct degrading but yours as well. Sorry if you disagree and this offends you, but you are the company you keep.

Has he had his biometrics yet? Your timeline states he hasn't. I don't think it is possible to have the EAD approved without having had biometrics first. However, if he has had his biometrics, then this might really be an approval - congratulations!
On another note, I think your topic title might be a little misleading to others because it implies that your AOS (= Green Card) has been approved in four weeks. AOS does not have anything to do with the work- or travel authorization and is processed independently from those.

Fiance visas are being processed faster since when the beneficiary arrives in the USA they still need to go through the adjustment of status, work authorizations, etc. CR/IR visas are all processed up front and under much more scrutiny since it's for perminant residence, not simply a visa.

Each Embassy has different things it requires with general items you should expect to bring with you. The finiancial documentation will be looked at during this stage and you should have it I-134 with verifyable paycheck stubs, tax returns(should you have them), employment letters etc. Police clearances will be needed if she traveled / worked for a period of 6 months in any other country.
I would highly recommend visiting the embassy website or calling to figure out what exactly that embassy in particular will be looking for.
    Good luck on your interview.

Having a tourist visa will not assist him in this situation, if he had one it has now been cancelled based on he information from his interview.
BTW, states have made pot legal, not the FEDERAL GOVERNMENT and he is asking the FEDERAL GOVERNMENT for a visa.

As repeated, both free and single to marry. I would recommend that if she truly loves you, sacrifices must be made in order for that love to move forward or be sustained. Good luck in your journey and I wish you both God's blessings.

Try a little logic. If you were the officer what would you do with a written mountain of this type of chat. Keep in mind these people are busy and at least one is working on your case. Send in a few pages from the beginning, a few from the middle and a few more recent pages.

Sometimes the best and only thing you would like to hear is I'm sorry. So let me tell you:
    I'm sorry.
I know it is difficult, and your love for him was deep. You loved him regardless of if he showed you love or not. You showed him true love. For that you are to be commended. Many others would want to give up and leave, but your heart shows a heart of true emotion, BUT...
You must learn to establish boundaries so that you can find someone worth your love in return. There is nothing wrong with loving the way you did, but how you let him walk all over you is what is wrong. A lot of these qualities can be seen early enough if you establish boundaries properly and early. Demand the respect and love you wish from the start and maintain it. Nobody is perfect, and all good things take work(ask my wife.)
At this point, I would recommend being alone, doing some soul searching, and allowing the mourning process to begin. It's okay to be angry, sad, confused, and to feel what you feel. The key is to understand what went wrong and try and pick up the pieces of your broken heart so that you can be renewed and learn. You will never be who you were before, but you can be better or newer!
    Much love to you,
    Kindest regards,
    Bene.

I must agree with others. For your own good, you need to separate yourself from him in every way and move on. Submit any evidence you have that proves he committed immigration fraud and get a divorce. Try not to dwell and don't look back. Take care of yourself and find those things in life that make you happy and work toward them (i.e. furthering your education and improving your own situation). Only you know what's best for you and please don't let anyone else tell you otherwise. Wishing you the best

A trick to the phone situation is to call the phone company and tell them it's stolen. They won't charge you any fees and you will still pay the monthly bill, but it will prevent him from using the phone any further.
I'm sorry you've had to go through this. You can definitely do better. Never settle for less. Divorce and move on. He will get whatever is coming to him, so let karma have him and his family.

MSC stands for the National Benefits Center, which is where all of the AOS application are sent to in the beginning.
Since your wife came on a K1 visa, two things may happen:
    1) You may get an interview, which will be done at your local office in Charlotte. Usually takes between 2-4 months (roughly speaking of course) from sending the AOS application.
    2) Since your wife came on a K1 visa, she may get waived from an interview and basically just receive her GC in the mail one day. If that happens, be prepared for a long wait - currently 8-10 months on average. I have been waiting close to 7 months and have just received a letter from USCIS telling me that I might have to wait another 6 months.
So you see, there isn't really a timeline per se that you can follow. Maybe check back here once in a while:

We are lucky, that one of the local stations carries some Filipino programs, like Balitang America, and a half hour of TV Patrol at the 6 pm every night. The wife got bored with it after she discovered the Food Network, and Hallmark Channel.
There are a few free streaming sites on the internet for Filipino programming, you may want to search for those. I think if you have a good internet connection, and invest in a netbook computer for her, she will be less bored.
Oh, don't forget the electric blanket, some fleece pajamas, and some winter clothing. It will take her a while to get acclimated, if ever. She will need a tabo, or do what I did, and invest in a detachable shower head. If you live on a septic, get the tank pumped before she arrives, and get hair traps for all the sinks. For the vacuum cleaner, get in the habit of unwinding all those hairs before putting the machine away. Mildew control will be import to your home's health, what with the rice cooker going every morning, stews always boiling, and two or three baths a day (hot water will be something she will get used to quickly, and enjoy).

Hi, I have to say your comment is so true, this might be a little off topic, but to say the least, she will probably be lucky enough to adjust and I am not begrudgingly saying this but the immigration laws are kind of messed up. People filing for spousal and fiance visas get denied all the time and have tons of proof for strong ties in a relationship but then you have people that are just visiting, overstay then adjust status and never have to leave.

Your girl is from Greece - she can apply for the ESTA (visa waiver) program. If that doesn't work, she can apply for a tourist visa, although she will have to prove strong enough ties to her home for that to be granted or for her to be let in at POE. As others have said there are "extreme hardship" waivers for many things in the immigration realm. It's not just for waiving the 2 year meeting requirement for the I-129F petition. If you really truly can't meet her here or there in Greece you will need to get all your paperwork (ie medical records) in order. Your physician (or better yet specialist) would also need to write a letter attesting to the fact that you cannot travel due to your condition. USCIS will not simply take your word for it that you're disabled. Even if you've shown neither of you are able to see one another, that's no guarantee they will waive the requirement in your petition. You can only make your case. I hope for the best for you, though.
