Hello, My wife and I filed for her adjustment of status back in July. We reside in Charlotte, NC. I recieved an NOA with an MSC beginning. Her EAD and Advanced Parole were granted. I am trying to get a timeline for how long we are going to wait for this, but cannot find an accurate timeline. Does the AoS go to the NBC or Charlotte? The USCIS activity just shows acceptance and we did the biometrics already. Please advise on a place where I can check an accurate time line??

MSC stands for the National Benefits Center, which is where all of the AOS application are sent to in the beginning.

Since your wife came on a K1 visa, two things may happen:

1) You may get an interview, which will be done at your local office in Charlotte. Usually takes between 2-4 months (roughly speaking of course) from sending the AOS application.

2) Since your wife came on a K1 visa, she may get waived from an interview and basically just receive her GC in the mail one day. If that happens, be prepared for a long wait - currently 8-10 months on average. I have been waiting close to 7 months and have just received a letter from USCIS telling me that I might have to wait another 6 months.

So you see, there isn't really a timeline per se that you can follow. Maybe check back here once in a while:
