I advise you to follow the K1 guide on this site as if it were gospel.
Guayaquil will be the post at which she'll interview, Quito doesn't do K1's or spousal visas. There have been instances where people have scanned signatures, some have taken, others have not. Your choice, but if you ask me, original all the way.
Also, Guayaquil is a hell hole of a consulate, but there is much info here in this thread:
http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/110313-us-consulate-in-guayaquil-ecuador/
You will find lots of your questions answered as you read through this thread.
I followed the K1 guide and also the USCIS instructions, and our process was really smooth. Any questions, just ask.

Husband: Your weight.

What if you open an account with HSBC? They're a global bank. Find out if you can simply change your address once you move across the pond.
But they did give me and the wife grief when I tried to add her to my account, even though she had a social security number, they wanted to see a green card, whereas other banks would've added her with no problems.

We met in person, 8 months later I filed the I-129F.

While I tend to agree with Darnell about not giving a ####### whether they would be upset about receiving a 400-page document, it might be best to trim it down.

You have to apply for the I-130 and I-129F. Which cannot be filed when that foreign fiancée/spouse is in the USA. They consider that as marriage fraud. And the non-American citizen will be deported. If you are here in the USA as a tourist you cannot marry an American citizen. Also if your here as a student you cannot marry an American citizen. That's what the K-Visa is for so you can stay legally with all the benefits of being married and your not a tourist or a student. The government considers this as marriage fraud. You will have a hard time proving why you both want to get married (government will think you only want to be married to come to USA and live here). If you violate your status of being in the USA. You will be banned from re-entry for 10 years or life.
OP, do not listen to any of this rambling. I don't even know where to start... This poster is wrong.

This is a nonstarter, using a tourist visa to immigrate is visa fraud which has serious consequences.
You need to file the I-130 form to begin the immigration process, the form can be filed anytime.
I would suggest that you carefully study the instructions for the form I-130 and well as this guide: http://www.visajourney.com/content/i130guide1

Hahaha. I dare not. I prefer to take the passive aggressive route when it comes to food, fill up on water.I say that one all the time, si man...
How about: "You're still my final wife... for now."
Does she eat guinea pig? "Cuy"? Has she cooked it? Don't let her go to the pet store! Hahaha.

What the hell are you cooking?!

Well then, fight on.
Understand that the majority of people here, including me, will show you no support. It is your right to do whatever you want. -
And then I'm going to play Batman. For hours.

It's Sunday babe, we'll be watching 3 football games.

Great post Gowon.

It's all been said.
The best thing for your happiness is to end the relationship.

Heed your friends' advice.
One week is not long enough, slow it down and make a few more trips. You're in the "honeymoon" phase, that will pass. Spend enough time to clash personalities, and see how you resolve an argument. Arguing over Skype is not the same.

Did you believe he was a US citizen, and just now dropped this bomb on you?

Dude, this is not good. Path 3 seems to be the best.

Ice holds are common if the person committed a felony. I once arrested a French guy who allegedly smashed his girlfriend's head with a coral reef rock. He pleaded guilty and was deported.

Make sure she brings her Cedula. Cops have been cracking down on expats returning to Ecuador. That should be enough. Also, we went to the Ecuadorian Consulate and had them "amend" her name. Basically, the passport is still in the maiden name but they put an "official stamp" in the passport that said that she was married to me and the difference in name. But who knows if that is good enough. Knowing Ecuador, somebody will come up with something that we've never heard, so bring a copy of the marriage certificate.

I am far from delusional!!! I am a woman of God and know that forgivness and second, third and fourth...chances are possible. Everything is possible with God, but from what I am reading from the majority here, ya'll need God in your lives.
Oh and yes, how old are you, and you have never heard of mental adultery?????? Just because you dont commit the physical act, the mental thought was there. You say that your spouses are not screwing other people and making babies....hhhmmmm....do you know that for an absolute fact???? Is everyone with their spouse 24/7? I think you are the one delusional. How many times have you heard one say...oh no, not my wife/husband...they know better than to cheat...i wish they might....i would leave in a heartbeat and then oh, truth comes out, the spouse has had an affair. It is not easy to swallow, but nobody would like to think our spouses are cheating, but fact remains, many do. Some get caught, some dont and some admit the affair due to feeling guilty. If there was no love, there would be no feelings of guilt!!!
I would also like to see most of you in this same situation. You sit here and say what you "would do", but quite frankly, if it happened to you, the decision is not so easy. I can almost guarantee that the majority of you would attempt to work out your marriage.
I am going to pray for each and every one of you that God touch your lives and soften your hearts. We as humans are not to judge, but seems that ya'll are doing just that.
Because you are a "woman of god", do you think that only "god's" code of morals is the only right one? Trust me, there are a lot of people that don't "need god" in their lives in order to make sound decisions.
You should get off your preachy, high horse.
Oh, and watching porn is not cheating, having intercourse with another person, and getting pregnant, that's cheating.

Dude, get out now and remove conditions.
That poster who said that watching porn is cheating, is out of his/her mind.
