I don't usually get involved in others disputes or posts in this site. I come to get information to help me get my spouse into the country doing things the right way and without stupid errors that could make this transition longer. There is a new poster in this site, who has started a few very skeptical and obvious issues that would point towards someone who is asking far out questions to get answers to beat the immigration system. Working on using situations to pull heart strings to make people feel bad to help with ways to get around immigration and while you are using your best intentions, you are unintentionally helping that person to be fraudulent with immigration. I was banned from one of the posts for stating the obvious, I was called a troll and stupid, when I stated it was indeed the opposite I was the one removed ???
I could sit back and just let that person repeating turn out "hot" posts without responding but while I'm in this process I can't overlook the fact that this process takes this long because of people like this who ruin it for the rest of us. Just please , please , please don't get sucked into this person like I myself did!!

I am so sorry about your marriage, When i first met my husband i didn't know how much he would earn a year not until i got here in the US, and we do the joint account.
Because before we got engage we talked about our plan, our dreams and goal in life, besides we love each other so much, but of-course we want to be sure we have the same goal, plan and goals in life, that is why we got married... For me i don't care what we have how much money we earn a year, what matter is we love each other and we are content...

Be much more cheaper to buy a "Throw Away Ticket" on cheapest airline, cheapest fair, closest destination especially if not sure when departing.

I don't know what to tell you about the relatives situation. That's personal. However, I wouldn't call these points of the K-1 flaws necessarily. The K-1 is intended for people who know each other and are engaged to marry in the US. 90 days is enough time to marry. It is not about getting to know each other in the US. The purpose is to marry plain and simple. If for some reason a couple needs more time for their elaborate ceremony, it is quite an easy and painless process to do a civil wedding first. I do agree you shouldn't plan a wedding (expenses) before the K-1 is in hand. However, you have a 6 months expiration on the K-1 and 90 days after arrival to the states so you have roughly 9 months to plan a wedding.
