On top of the document it says "EXPIRES: 04/30/2012"

I could not find any other version of document which has expire date beyond this above document's expire date.

Can I still use this document and fill it out? YES Will NVC accept this document when my application is reached to their office in near future? YES

I got my citizenship thru prior marriage which lasted over 5 years.

This is a major Red Flag being that you are petitioning someone into the U.S. as if the first marriage was staged!!

seems like in China you go to the Local Police department to apply and then once you receive you need to get it translated! Source here

OMB stands for Office of Management and Budget and the expiration date is the date that the form is due to be updated, although it doesn't always happen on time.

I put the photos in a plastic sandwich bag and wrote on the back of each photo what was going on, I then stapled it to a piece of paper labeled photos!

My husband has W2 form(3 years), Employment letter and recent pay stubs.

He doesn't have Federal income tax return form.... is it enough without it?

"NO"!

If he doesn't have his most recent tax returns including W2 and all schedules, he needs to order Tax Transcripts online here or go to his local IRS OFFICE to receive them!

2) Proof of a bona fide relationship is best with proof of Face-Time, Photos are the best, then airline tickets, passport stamps, phone records, Emails, etc!

3) looks good, just remember that if you send a photocopy of your Birth certificate to include both front and back!
