I'm happy !! Just called NVC and they reviewed and accepted the AOS. One step closer. The operator said I have to wait 3-5 days for the IV bill. I hope I get it soon so I can send it out. Can't wait.
 Congratulations, come on IV Bill!!

thank you for your detailed reply!!! I appreciate!!
I just asked him and he said he is making 1500 or 1600 per month becoz it changes by hours! (includes disability) since that is a part time job.
Do you think we are qualified?
Or we should still let her mom to be a co-sponsor for us?
From what I've read here, it seems his mom would work-out better as a co-sponsor, the petitioners income is borderline!
-
Exactly ! That notice goes out electronically from the IV unit, in real time. All entities receive the notice. When he's looked up in the CBP computer, it's there. He'll be pulled to secondary, and have his visa invalidated.
Question:
If her husband gets pass CBP and inner the country, will the Mother of the petitioner still be financially liable for this Husband because she signed the I-864?
I couldn't put this burden on my parents!!!

All,
Due to financial hardship, my spouse and myself are renting a room with a friend of ours since 11-2011- Present. We have mail coming to the residence as proof (Even a certified mail)
Prior to that, I have rental history, and will be providing to them.
How should I note that on my application? Should I ask my friend we reside with to write a statement (type affidavit) explaining we live together and rent a room from?
Should I have it notarized?
Best
The best Proof of Residence is:
1) Current ID/Drivers Licenses Cards
2) Current Credit card Bills, Bank statements, Utilities if shared
This is really good to do Even if you change your address on all the above info to your friends house were you currently live temporary, it shows very good Proof of Residence!
If you currently live with friend at:
Example:
1400 Main Street
San Antonio, TX 78265
Well, That's the address you put on the application!!!
Getting a signed notarized letter from your friend is a great idea showing the the dates you moved in to current!

There's no guarantee YOUR case is in that package heading to Hong Kong (unless you got a tracking number from an operator), but it IS highly likely that it is in there. I'd suggest calling up DOS late Monday or Tuesday to confirm it's arrived safely.
The Guarantee I mentioned is the package will be delivered on Monday! As-far MY case is concerned; The chances are 99.9% that it's inside the package being that Hong Kong is not a country like Canada, Philippines and Mexico with Massive amounts of petitions being filed/day witch is why the Expedite I filed was approved super fast! My Expedite Reason was based on My vacation TimeLine to bring my wife back to the U.S.! Nothing serious
Yes, I'm confident
I was just letting people know that its great information!

I Just used LingChe ShortCut to track my case from NVC TO EMBASSY, it works great! Guaranteed delivered on Monday April 30th to US Consulate in Hong Hong! Yes it works

I just got an email from the IV Unit at the Santiago Embassy saying they received our case this morning and asked that my wife go to the Embassy tomorrow morning so they can give her the remaining documents and schedule the interview appointment. She had scheduled her medical for Thursday so this should work out perfectly.
By this time tomorrow we should know our interview date.
Congrats!!

Expedite request denied again....
Sorry to hear this Rujby, hope you still get a interview date soon!

[that's really hard to do, WrightFamily, as the OP has no piece of paper to allow him/her through the door]
That's true, I guess you can just just pray all goes well and they don't notice !
