US Immigration from United Kingdom

Hi!

I just submitted my N400 (under 3 year rule) online and, after reading through some posts on here, I'm realizing that I was perhaps supposed to include a letter requesting a combo interview?

My 2 year greencard is currently expired and I'm awaiting removal of conditions (have been since March 2022). I assumed that the N400 would just supercede the I-751...but now I'm inferring that there's further action I should have taken, re including that letter.

Has anyone done this process and not included that letter (and if so, how did it impact the process)?

My mom is here on ESTA. I want to file for her residence. If I file for her while she is in country, does she have to travel back to the UK while the application is pending?

My wife and I recently bought a property but before we move there's some work that needs to be done - so it will be around a month or so before we move over there permanently.

Now I know we need to notify USCIS of a "change of address" within 10 days. Is there any specific information as what they consider "change of address"?

We already received mail over at the new property (mostly just spam, but also home-insurance docs and utilities) but currently we still reside (and have our bank accounts etc.) at our original address.

Do we need to let USCIS know now or only once we physically relocate?

Pretty much what it says in the title: I filed for ROC Oct 2021 and have been in the "Your case is ready to be scheduled for interview" stage since Oct 2022. Radio silence from then until today, when I suddenly got an email saying "Your new card is being produced".

Did I skip the interview somehow? Is there some reason to print a new card pre-interview? Has anyone else had this happen?

Thanks for the wealth of info posted to the forum.

I received my I-797C NOA's for my AOS, EAD and AP today.

It was my understanding that I'd be able to use the AOS NOA to obtain a learner's permit (Nevada), and that they use the 'expiration' date on the NOA as the date the license will expire.

However, the NOA doesn't have any date on it. I think I might be mixed up with the K1 NOA2.

The requirements on Nevada DMV are this:

• Valid, unexpired Foreign Passport with an unexpired U.S. Visa and an I-94 form. If the I-94 is expired, you must also present a Notice of Action (I-797) showing an approved extension.

Will my AOS NOA suffice for an 'approved extension'?

Thankfully Nevada has a 'Driver Authorization Card' which I'll be able to get regardless, but I was hoping to get a Real ID so I can stop scaring gas station employees with my foreign passport.
