My AOS interview has been rescheduled. Our circumstances have changed since I applied for AOS:

• My other half isn't working due to a COVID shutdown
• I have received an EAD and I am now working

I am wondering:

1. I need to take an employment letter with my new job. What should the letter state? I assume it should be: salary, is it a permanent role, location. Anything else?
2. What other docs would you take due to the change of circumstances? Our monthly income has increased a bit since we applied, we have always been above the poverty line requirement. The only change we have at the moment is who is the main earner in the family.

Hey, does anyone have the email address to contact the London immigrant visa unit? I can t find any sort of email address online. Thanks

After marrying while visiting with VWP, can my spouse file the CR-1 while I'm there during the remainder of the 90 days or do I have to physically leave the USA first?

Obviously this isn't as good as saying "we're back on track" but this is the best consulate-related K1 visa news I've seen in ages. Hopefully this is a sign the DOS is considering opening other embassies up! If nothing else, it's good to see SOME good news during this uncertain time!
