My dance master is about to give birth in Kyiv. She is considering her options as the situation deteriorates there. I assume there is no minimum age of child under U4U but I want to make sure before I say anything to her.

Hi, second topic today from me. Tomorrow I become eligible to file N400 under 3 year rule after VAWA greencard was granted to me. Because of the very traumatic experience with my ex husband, I did not have any energy up until this moment to start dealing with divorce. Now I am worrying that the USCIS will have questions of why we are still not divorced. What do you guys think?

Hello, does anyone know how I can divorce in NYC if I do not know where my soon to be Ex husband is at this time? We do not contact each other since before COvid pandemic. The break up was not good at all, so I really do not want to contact him or reveal my address to him. Or does anyone know any lawyers with reasonable pricing? The case should be easy, since we don t have any kids or property together. The lawyer I went for consultation to is asking 5K TO START and then possibly more later. I heard that I need to go to CIty clerk and ask for info, but I don t know where that is, does any of you guys know? I am completely lost right now, but I don t have that much money to pay for lawyer

Hello there! I am a refugee, and currently trying to apply for FAFSA, being in California. The very first question in the form is: what is the date, when you became a legal resident? How can understand whether or not I am a resident? (I ve been living in the U.S. for more than a year and I do have SSN) Should I just write the date, which happened after a year living in the U.S.?

For some strange reason, I have two items in the Comments for the Citizenship section of my timeline yet none of them display when I VIEW my timeline (comments display nothing, like I never entered any). When I go to EDIT my timeline, there they are in the Comments box. I have comments in other parts of my timeline that DO display whenever I view it. Anybody else have this problem? If you solved it, what did you do?
