I married my wife almost 3 years ago. She has a conditional Green Card and I am divorcing her. She is attempting to take my house from me and has lied in court. I'm planning to write a letter to USCIS and was wondering if anyone else has been through this. I want her investigated now that it has become clear that she was using me and didn't love me. Just hoping someone can give me some good advice here.

Hello,

I got my inteview scheduled for May 29 in NYC.

I am applying under VAWA after 3 years, now this interview invitation letter mentions that if applying through USC marriage I need to bring his original birth certificate. I have not communicated to him since 2018, and obviously I don t want to do it. All I have is a copy of his birth certificate. What should I do about this requirement? Anyone had their interview after vawa?

I don't see a problem in anything I found. I see a 10 year ban.

Unless someone recommends otherwise, I'll proceed with 134A and see what happens.

COVID Shot for Uniting for Ukraine program

Hello,

I am a US Citizen. I am in a position where I am likely to be applying for Uniting for Ukraine for a beneficiary or two recently displaced.

My question is on the process.

I know that the Ukrainians still need to get the COVID shot before traveling to the US.

The best case here would be to apply for the program and get approval then travel to Warsaw and get the shot and then travel 2 or 3 days later.

Can the COVID vaccination be administered in Warsaw 2 or 3 days before departure?

The only guidance from USCIS is that it must be within 90 days but I don't want them to get hung up in Warsaw and it can't be done in Poltava, so I need to know if the approval to travel can be received before the attestation of the shot. Filling out the attestation after getting the shot then leaving 2 or 3 days later is the most realistic way.

Any advice on this would be helpful.

Brian

I submitted my N-400 on February 11 based on 3 years rule. I had I-751 pending since February 16 2023. It was approved without an interview a few days later after filing for citizenship.

I got my interview date for April 2 and today I got a letter that my interview was cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances. Did any of you guys have similar experience? How long does it take them to reschedule? Thank you in advance
