Was able to schedule my K1 interview for my Ukrainian beneficiary this morning in Frankfurt. Appointments were available as early Wednesday of next week ( May 4th). If anyone has already completed their interview, how long did it take to issue the visa? I am trying to attend with her and book my return travel. In Kyiv previously it was issued in 1-2 days.

I have a k-1 approved and at NVC. Can/should I apply to sponsor her for humanitarian parole (uniting for ukrainians)? if she gets here under that program will there be an issue if we then marry and file for change of status? thanks

I have a i129f that has been approved and is at NVC right now. Can I cancel it, go to europe, get married and file DCF? In reading about the DCF it says that to qualify you have not applied for any other immigrant visas? She is Ukrainian so it appears that may be a faster route? thanks for help.

I'm contemplating divorce but can't afford to support 2 separate households. Can my wife get a Temporary Protected Status and work if we have already applied for AOS and are still waiting 8 months later? I wanted to wait until she could work, but on the other hand an annulment may be in order. Surely she wouldn't be forced to go back to Ukraine, so it should work in both of our favor. I can't believe the mess I'm in.
