Can my spouse create another (new) USCIS account?

We are overseas where we got married and my spouse is ready to file online for the CR1. However, she cannot access her USCIS account she created before traveling to Europe because the phone number she used for that account is not working outside of the US (so she is not receiving the verification codes). She tried recovering the account etc but nothing works. USCIS customer service tried helping but could not.

Is it possible to start from the scratch and create a new account and use another phone number for the new account (that works here in Europe)? She has not used the "old" online account earlier for anything else.

We just got married last week in Europe and we are now ready to file for the CR1 visa. We are also planning to visit the US in a couple of weeks. Should we wait and NOT file yet and do the short trip first as the border agents might think we are wanting to move in already etc? (which we are of course not)

Me vs parents petitioning for siblings

Guys...I'm so lost and don't know what to do.
I'm a US citizen and my goal is to get my 2 siblings (and parents) to live with me.

I thought, if I petition for my parents and they come, it will be quicker for them to petition for siblings.
I even thought after my parents come here, all 3 of us could petition for my siblings together so it will go faster. I believed a parent petitioning for a child is quicker than a sibling doing it.
But now I heard that because my sister and brother are both married (& have kids), my parents can't petition for them until my parents become citizen (which means we have to wait 5 years after my parents are approved and received their greencard).

I already have petitioned for my parents, the only thing left for me to send in is proof of my income and taxes and affidavit of support.

So I thought of some options:

OPTION A:
========
Me petitioning for siblings right now while finishing the petition for my parents simultaneously

OPTION B:
=========
My siblings getting a divorce. And when my parents get approved, me and my parents petition for my siblings (not their partners or children).
When my siblings get approved, they can re-marry a month before and petition for their spouse and children.

The first question is, what would allow my siblings to come quickest?
if I go with option A, do I need to show that I made enough money for my self, siblings parents AND their children.
if I go with option B, what if this loophole has been sealed and they might say you can't petition for your ex-spouse for what ever reason?

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Moving before biometrics, does it delay biometrics even more?

For those of you who moved (within the same state or otherwise) and your service center changed before you had your biometrics done, how much did that delay your biometrics appointment? I am, like many others, still waiting and have been since August and I moved within the same state last month and unfortunately that meant that my service center changed as well.

When your biometrics switch from once service center to another, do you just get put at the back of the line again or how does that work? I'm just hoping that it wont put me at the back of the line again, ugh..

Traveling from the US to Sweden during the pandemic as a partner to a Swedish citizen.

I'm engaged to a U.S. citizen and we're in the K1 visa process. I'm from Sweden and we want him to come and visit me here, but with travel being the way it is right now I'm hoping that there's others on here that might have some experience with this...

There are currently no direct flights between the US and Sweden. He's an exemption to the travel restrictions against people coming from the US into Sweden because he has a family connection to me since we have plans to get married in the future, but airlines and other countries in Europe seem to have their own rules concerning layovers. What I heard before is that the safest bet is to travel with SAS to Copenhagen and then from there to Stockholm and that many people have done this without a problem. But Sweden has a ban on travel from Denmark now, including if you've only had a layover there. So we've been talking about trying for him to fly with KLM to Amsterdam and then from there to Stockholm...

My question is if there's anyone on here that has had any experience with this and can tell me what it was like for them getting on the plane, having the layover in Amsterdam and so on? Was there any problems or did everything go smoothly?

Any other places anyone has had layovers in going to Sweden, especially as a partner to a Swedish citizen, would also be helpful.
