Hi guys, I have 1 brother (married with 2 children) and 1 sister (divorced with 2 children). I'm wanting to do a petition for them but I'm not sure which route is better and fastest: 1. Do only a petition for my brother and sister that's it. And let them petition for their spouse children etc etc once they get approved 2. Do a petition for ALL OF THEM I prefer doing # 1 cause it will be much easier with paperwork etc. What do you guys think? Thank you so much!

My fianc and I are in the process of deciding which visa we should choose for our situation. My fianc is from Sweden and she has been in the US since December of 2021. This is our second time meeting in person and we are recently engaged (only a few weeks). We are both dreading the wait of the time it will take to get her back to the states and are juggling our options, specifically the K1 visa and CR1 visa. We're both 22 years old and have no criminal records. Our biggest concern is being apart from each other for a long time although we know this is inevitable. We have been getting a lot of different opinions about the amount of time is takes from applying, to her getting into the states from multiple sources and it has caused a lot of confusion. We are looking for input/advice on which one we should choose and which one would take the least amount of time. Thanks,

Hi all, Wondering if anyone else has encountered this issue, as I am perplexed. We receieved a RFE that we need to send a copy of the birth certificate. However, I submitted the long form birth certificate, that was ordered from Sweden and stamped with the small round seal from the Swedish Tax Agency's (i.e., followed exact instructions from the travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/Visa-Reciprocity-and-Civil-Documents-by-Country.html). So i am totally confused what the RFE is for. If anyone is from Sweden reading this, does my marital status on the extract of population register need to be updated to indicate I am married and this is why USCIS rejected it? If yes, I am not sure how to go about this because my marriage certificate was submitted to Sweden and there is a back log for updating it in their system. If anyone has experienced this please let me know how you handled it. Thank you!!!!

Sorry for the silly question but I'm sending all of this tomorrow morning and want to be 100% sure. I'm doing a petition for my parents and I'm about to send i-864 for both and financial records etc etc. I'm living in California. I was told to mail all this to: DOS Visa P.O Box 65446 Potomac Falls, VA 20165 It also states in this link to send to address above (https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/immigrate/submitting-documents-to-the-nvc.html) But, in https://www.uscis.gov/i-864, it says to send documents to: U.S. Postal Service (USPS): USCIS Attn: AOS P.O. Box 805887 Chicago, IL 60680 FedEx, UPS, and DHL deliveries: USCIS Attn: AOS (Box 805887) 131 South Dearborn - 3rd Floor Chicago, IL 60603-5517 Any idea if it's the Potomac Falls address or the Chicago address? Thanks a bunch!

I'm doing a petition for my parents. I found a company in USA That does it online and will email them to me once they are done. 1. When translating marriage & birthcertificate, do they need to be certified? 2. Do they also need to be notarized? 3. When receiving the result in email (obviously the documents will have stamps), can I just print them and send them ? Thanks in advance.
