I am curious if anyone has found themselves in this situation

Application recieved 01/25/2021 and ext letter 1/28/2021

not a single notice since, no notice we are using your prior Biometrics, no appointment, Nothing, Status is Case being processed.

I am confused about not getting some sort of notice RE: Biometric's , every other timeline I see there was either a notice of using prior or an appointment within 3 months... we have nothing at all, Anyone else have this happen?

Hello, I am currently filling in the I130-A form and am a little bit confused about some sections.

1. For Sections Part 1- Information about you- 9.a to 9.b, what dates am I supposed to input?

2. I am currently in the US but will be going back to my home country in February- do I need to sign the form? We won't be submitting the I30/I30A application forms until after I have left.

Filed i130 for parents Nov1 online and received NOA the next day that the case has been received. Starting the topic for other filers

Facts: USC spouse sponsored K-1 entry in 2018; AOS completed 12/2019 now preparing ROC form I-751.

We completed Biometrics after K-1 entry and have a copy of our USCIS stamped Receipt showing Biometrics completion in 2018.

Page 2 item 2 of the I-751 Instructions states we do not need to submit Biometrics fee as there is USC spouse

which fairly translates into having already completed Biometrics. Instructions further state they will notify us if further Biometrics & fee is needed.

Problem is my wife is having doubts (driving me nuts) so I'm posting on VJ (like a good spouse lol).

Further, our evidence is strong we're a solid couple and have abundant documentation.

Does anyone have a solid answer to whether we need to submit the Biometrics fee with our I-751 submission?

The changes will take effect in early November, which the airline industry expects will spur holiday bookings. They must show proof of vaccination prior to boarding a U.S.-bound airplane, Zients said during a press briefing.

The Biden administration is also tightening rules for unvaccinated U.S. citizens returning home. They will need to test one day before departure and test again after returning.

There will be a few exemptions to the vaccination requirements for foreign visitors, such as for children not yet eligible to be vaccinated, according to a person familiar with the White House s strategy, but full details of the policy have not yet been released.
