Hi there! I am a green card holder about to petition for my spouse and our 3 kids. Question - do I need to do 4 separate I-130 applications?

If yes, will they all get approved at different times? So I then need to create 4 different NVC applications? How can I make sure they all attend the interview at the same time?

Daughter filed AOS and 765 for employment with chicago in same packet but only one i-94 and that was with the AOS. Should she send another copy of the i-94 before she gets a RFE

my daughter filed an AOS for herself, with a priority date of jan 2012, and also for her 3 year old daughter. She just got in the mail a biometic appointment notification for the 3 year old but not for her. Is this normal? Why they would want fingerprints of a 3 year old amazes me.

Interview at Warsaw embassy - case transfer from Moscow

Hi everyone, I am seeking advice and recommendations for our situation.

We got our case (CR-1) transferred from Moscow to Warsaw because the Moscow embassy is still pretty much shut down.

We just got Documentarily Qualified by the NVC and I am hopeful we will get an interview date in the next few weeks.

But having the interview in another country does come with challenges and I am hoping people have some experience that they can share.

One good thing is that my wife has a valid multi-entry Schengen visa that should help getting into Poland to begin with.

- Any advice on the challenges of entering Poland (with a Schengen visa) from outside the EU in these Covid times?

- I have learned that the medical exam has to be done in the same country as the interview. So I guess my wife will have to fly from Russia to Poland before the interview to get her medical exam and then just stay in Warsaw until the interview. We can't book the medical exam yet without an interview date. But I am wondering how much time is needed between the medical exam and the interview? Would one week be too short? What if the medical exam information is not done and available yet by the time she has to go for her interview? Will they let her do the interview and hold off on a final decision until they have the medical package?

- I found instructions for Warsaw online:

https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/Supplements/Supplements_by_Post/WRW-Warsaw.html#pre_interview_checklist

It says "Registration confirmation showing you selected an address for visa delivery through our online customer center"

But we don't have an address in Poland. Would we put the address of the hotel? That doesn't sound great. Is it possible to pick up the passport with the visa at the Embassy?

Any advice, experiences, recommendations, suggestions are much appreciated!

Moscow Embassy Shutdown- Where to request transfer?

Hello everyone,

My fianc lives In Moscow, and I live in Houston, TX USA. We are doing the K1 Fianc visa.

We were approved by USCIS on May 26th 2021 for I-129F, and our case was sent to NVC.

Obviously the Moscow embassy is not requesting the case from NVC since they are closed.

Is there anyone out there who successfully transferred their case to another embassy? If so, which embassy accepted you? did you email the U.S. citizen services at that embassy or another email address?

The U.S. Citizen Services office at the Embassy in Warsaw always tell me to email support-poland@ustraveldocs.com, but they never respond. Obviously we haven't started filling out the DS-160 and things like that because we haven't been instructed to yet by an embassy that has taken our case, and we want to make sure we are able to schedule an interview in Moscow or whichever embassy accepts us.

I am getting concerned because our petition expires on September 26th, but what happens if the embassy in Moscow never extends it?

Please don't respond with any negative messages like... "oh, you're screwed and it will be many years before you get an interview"

I only want responses from people who are in a similar situation as me, or those who have successfully transferred their case.

Thanks very much

Nathan
