Is there any way how a person check if he is inadmissible to enter/immigrate to states?

Can that person make a FOIA request to DOS or USCIS and ask straightfoward?

Hello everyone's had interview 09/11 Chicago Field Office, after interview officer gave me paper Congrats you recommended to approval, but already week status online says "interview scheduled" tried call but got answer wait minimum 90 days.

Anyone same boat?Or heard same situation?

I just found out that for Russian applicants who have had their case transferred to Warsaw, since Sept 8th you can get the medical examination done in Moscow.

This means you can get your exam done in Moscow well ahead of your interview so you don't have to travel to Warsaw a week early anymore to have the medical exam there.

We got married 2-2-2020 and the CR-1 visa process is taking so long that my wife may not get the CR-1 visa until December '21 or January '22.

Of course we are impatient for her to come and finally join me here in the US but from what I have read it seems that if she comes before February she will get a 2y conditional GC and we will have to go through the burdensome 'removal of conditions' process in about 2 years. Is it correct that if she waits until 2-3-2022 to enter the US, even with a CR-1 category visa in her passport, she should be issued a 10y GC without conditions?
