US Immigration from Russia

Our case got ready on May 10, but still not get any email of instructions or welcome letter, I called Poland embassy many times and they insisted NVC need send me the letter, I really don t know what to do, also the interview date in Warsaw embassy May goes to year 2023, the worst time for Russia fianc e visa in history I think, I am thinking of living together in mexico as long as the process takes, I got really depressed and anxiety by talking to these agencies, also I applied for a global entry card and that also may take more than a year, America government, those presidents and politicians, they never care about you, the k visa petitioners

I want to mail an iPhone to Russia, but I found I can t do it, usps and dhl all suspended their mail service to Russia, then comes the problem, how Poland embassy can send package 3 to my fianc address in Russia?

Submitted I-130/I-485/I-765/I-131 for my wife. Submitted on paper to the Chicago lockbox. Receipts received within next week. Biometrics scheduled shortly thereafter.

All forms were submitted with cover letters, ordered as requested by the USCIS, bound by easily disassemblable binders. and supporting documents of about 400 pages total.

However, when I log in to my online USCIS account, and check the I-130 submitted I see some file attached in the section "your uploads". The file is named XXXX-part5.pdf. There is no part1, part2, part3, part4.

The file has 28 pages. It contains a mix of pages from original submitted documents. Like: 1 page from affidavit1, Marriage certificate, 2nd page from affidavit2 translation, checking account documentation, page 2 from affidavit 1 etc.

The number of pages in the file is significantly less than the number of pages submitted (28 vs ~200). Apparently, the lockbox stuff mangled our submission.

Question: should we

A. wait for RFE/NOID to submit copies of all the documents OR

B. preventatively submit them as unsolicited evidence?

PS. Same story with I-765 in my wife's online account.

Why I get this message for Warsaw interview ? No any open spots? Also I should choose resident or non resident for visa priority and my fianc e is Russian?

I am applying for the citizenship based on 3-year rule: being married to us citizen. The question: how many times your husband has been married? Before current marriage I have been married twice. Do I put number of marriages as 3, including current marriage or 2 (just prior marriages)?
