I am wondering if the affidavit of support must be physically mailed to the beneficiary for their interview or can they simply print it out?

Anyone aware of interviews being scheduled for immigrant visas in Tashkent? Their website says they are doing mission critical cases only but we heard that someone had already been scheduled for an immigrant visa for April 1st. Anyone?

Hello! Please tell me what is the maximum duration of the expected trip can be specified in part 3 of form 131, if there is a need to graduate from a university outside the United States? I entered in March 2021 on a K2 visa, I am submitting a form 485, the end of my studies is expected in June 2022

We applied for I-131 (application for travel document, advanced parole) for my wife as part of her adjustment of status application. We filed the forms on July 15, 2020. After receiving NOA with receipt date July 20, 2020, there was no update on our case. I tried to call USCIS several times but I was not allowed to talk to a live person. When I check my status online, I still see "Case Received" status.

1. The priority date on USCIS website is October 26, 2020, which is more than 2 months of our appliction receipt date. I tried to fill out an online "case inquiry" form but when I click to submit the form, I keep getting "an error has occurred" technical message.

2. Do we have to have a biometrics taken for advanced parole application? As I said, we did not get any update after submitting our application. I am hoping that biometics is not necessary for her application.

Hi, everyone!

I answered yes in question number 25 and 27 part 8 I-485 I had civil violation about 5 years ago in Russia. Should i get and attach clearance certificate or something like this?
I m sure there is no even police records for this, cause it was time ago and it wasn t so bad violation I d just paid fine.
