US Immigration from Romania

Hey everyone. I'm in a bit of a carfuffle here. My passport expires this October. My I751 stamp expires as well in November. If my embassy will keep the old passport with the still valid I751, will I have trouble getting a new stamp in my new passport?

This is my 3rd stamp, waiting for my I751 to be adjudicated since Dec 2016, while going through a divorce and switching to a waiver soon.

as my username suggests, I already have a GC, which was issued in Mar 2019..

However (and this is where the strange begins), I ve just received two I-797s, one to let me know that due to unforseen situations my interview for I-465 was cancelled, and the second one to let me know that an interview for I-465 sometime in Aug.

So, I m here to kindly ask for your advice here as which path to take in order to solve this obvious system screwup.

The way I thought about it was I ve like 3 ways to go here:

1. Snail mail addressed to NBC/Lee s Summit

2. Em via myUSCIS account

3.call the 800#

Any input would be greatly appreciated!

I've had some weird things happen with this application which led me to notice the incorrect address on the form:

I got a text saying the case was received and got a receipt number. When I check that receipt number online, it cannot find the case, and then I realized I didn't receive the notice of action which prompted me to check the form. Lo and behold, I screwed it up.

Would appreciate anyone who can help on what to do?

I'm not sure how to correct this mistake. Please help. Thanks.

Hey everyone, My fiance stayed in the US with me the past summer on a J-1 visa and his mail still comes to my address and everything. I was wondering if I should put my Address as on of the Physical Addresses for the I-129F form. Thanks for any help

Hey guys,

my husband received a job offer and the offer would expire August 2 if he cannot accept it. We put in an EAD expedite request due to financial hardships and were asked to fax in proof of job offer. We have our documents as shown: job offer letter, proof of financial hardships, copy of notice. Lastly We re working on writing the cover letter, however We re stuck. Does anyone have an example ead expedite cover letters or knows how to make them?

Also so are we missing any documentations that can help in our favor?
