US Immigration from Philippines

For the CFO, I have questions regarding the FBI clearance for the petitioner:

1) Does the FBI clearance have an expiration date? Will it be ok if I get one a few months early? It seems like this only lasts for a day?

2) Will an FBI clearance suffice, or do I need a clearance from the local police as well?

3) Does the FBI clearance need to be apostilled?

My Fiance is in the Philippines, we have been approved for the next step which is for her interview and filling out the DS-160. then her medical. I am confused as to what to do. Do we fill out the DS-160 first and it will give up a bar code then we use that same bar code to get the interview time etc? Do we have to pay for the DS-160 first before we get the barcode???????? More questions than answers. Please someone help. My fiance is confused and so am i.

Please help we are running out of time. My fiance is in the Philippines and Im here in USA. We got the approval for the I-129f and the approval expires Sept 7th in 4 days, I just got the info from NVC in Manila, Philippines for us to file for interview etc etc, Do we file for immigrant or nonimmigrant for her. Please help, I have been stressing out the whole time about this.

Our paperwork has made it to the Visa Center in Manila Thank God. We still need the interview and Medical. do we schedule the Medical our selfs and where do we schedule it at? Cebu or Manila and how.
