US Immigration from Philippines

Hi all! Hope everyone has been getting updates for this cases.

I just wanted to ask if anyone here has filed for the I-131, Application for Travel Document ? The agent through Emma ( USCIS online support chat ) says that my EAD card is a combo of I-765 and I-131. Which I have also read on the notice that it is, but it is also does not guarantee of re-entry (i must be mistaken or read it wrong).

Has anyone traveled outside of US while waiting for their green card and re-entered US using the EAD combo card? it says on my card " SERVES AS I-512 ADVANCE PAROLE".

Hi all, I hope all is well. I have not been here for a while. My question is I filed the I-485 for my step-daughter which was received at the Dallas Lock Box this past Sunday. I sent it with the G1145 and Authorization to charge my CC. How long does it usually take to get a confirmation email/text and charge to my CC?

Also, will they issue her a Green Card right away since her mom already went through the process and has her green card, or have to go through the long wait? Thanks in Advance.

hi, anyone has similar situation with us? we sent our K1 packet on Feb 20, 2025 and it was delivered at USCIS DALLAS on Feb 25. My petitioner's credit card was charged on Feb 28 but until now we have not received any text,email or mail from USCIS. but i have read that others been receiving their NOA1 within a week of filing. is there anything we can do? or do we have to just keep waiting? im a bit worried. without the receipt number we cant check the status of our application at all.

Ir1 category- i m planning to apply for Naturalization soon but i noticed there is descripancy on my residence date in my Gc, i came here May 12, 2018 but my stamp in my passport and and Gc is May 10, 2018. Should I apply for naturalization and explain the wrong dates of my residence or apply for I-90 to replace my Green card. thanks

Good day everyone! I have a question, has anyone of you here, especially in the Philippines has a Birth certificate that's been registered late and applied for the visa? Mine was registered 4 days late due to my mom's old midwife before, But, will it affect the processing of my visa?

Now I'm anxious because some say I'd have to provide additional documents, such as baptismal certificates, school records, etc, and I have neither of those at the moment, and don't think I ever will.

I badly need y'all's advice. F and I are still gathering documents for the Visa, but I'm anxious at this point.
