Greetings! Anyone? did it ended after it was extended last December 31,2020? Did President Biden included and ended this proclamation? I just do not have time to read or watch tv while working. I am just excited. ((Proclamation Suspending Entry of Immigrants Who Present Risk to the U.S. Labor Market During the Economic Recovery Following the COVID-19 Outbreak). Thanks, NG

Hi! My husband is petitioning me and we re filling up the form I-130. We re stuck on page 7 items 47 & 50. Passport Number and Expiration date for Passport. I have three passports. 2 expired and 1 current. My US visa is in my first passport that is expired. The passport number that is shown on my I-94 form is the expired passport where my US visa is. Which passport do I use items 47 and 50? The old expired passport or the current passport? I appreciate any input you guys can give.

Would be nice if search results show the dates of when they were created. Almost always, what come up first are old/outdated threads. Alternatively, a "sort" function would also be good.

Hi everyone, This case is regarding my brother, my mom petitioned for him under F2b category and she eventually naturalized in 2017, his PD was 3/9/2012. We are in the NVC stage at this point, my mom submitted all the AOS documents which also includes her naturalization certificate, my brother will be completing his DS-260 as soon as he gets his other documents, it just dawned on me that we did not notify USCIS when my mom naturalized thus his visa category remains at F2b, does it matter at this time? We are ok to have the automatic conversion to F1 as it seems to be 6 months faster than F2b. Do we need to do anything about this? Will the CO in Manila be ok with this? Will appreciate any feedback. Thank you!
