So, we are finally at the point of scheduling our visa interview, so I headed to USVisaScheduling.com (I don't know who created this site, but they need to turn in their web development degree, lol). Anywho... When I go through the required "Visa Application" process, which is odd given we already applied and were DQ'd and expedited, I get held up at the point where I enter the NVC case number. I have copied and pasted it directly from the NVC, and I keep getting an error saying "The case number entered is invalid." Has anyone else received this error and how did you fix it?

Hello all, Thank you always for any advice you can give. Like the title says I just received an email from the NVC that my wife's IR-1 Visa for the Philippines has been approved for expedited processing. Here is a quote from the email below: "The U.S. Embassy/Consulate General in MANILA, PHIL approved your request for expedited processing of your immigrant visa application. The National Visa Center sent your immigrant visa application to the U.S. Embassy/Consulate General in MANILA, PHIL for their action. The Embassy/Consulate General will contact you soon to schedule a visa interview." What's strange is I never filed for it to be expedited. Also, how soon should I expect them to contact me regarding the interview schedule? Thank you so much!

I worked for a Korean company, will USCIS expect a Korean address? |

I wrote on my I-130 petition in my job history that I was an "English Teacher" for a Korean company and put the company's Seoul address. The thing is, I taught remotely for them from my house in the Philippines. I am kicking myself for not saying "Online English Teacher" to make that more clear. Will USCIS find issue with the fact I worked for a company with a Koren address but my personal address history doesn't have a Korean address (I've never even visited Korea as a tourist)?
