US Immigration from Philippines

Hello, anyone got expedited during pandemic in us embassy manila? how many days before you hear a feedback for the result? I just sent mine last April 30. Hoping to get approved.

I m not writing this to ask any questions or anything, I m simply stating how I possibly feel that things will need to go. I am considering working with a law firm to do a lawsuit against the Manila embassy in the Philippines. After reading too many updates and seeing videos on YouTube and other sources, I am beginning to feel that unless I and others take action things will not happen with k1 visas at all. I m tired of the lies coming out of the Philippines government and the fact that they don t seem to care about anything with vaccines or the people. And to be honest I really don t think our current president will do anything either because of the fact k1 visas are done the legal and correct way and he only seems to be concerned about the illegal people so I think we have been duped by him. I m sure I will probably get some negative comments about this and people have the right to their opinion and you can disagree with me if you wish, but I will ask that you respect my opinion and how I feel as I m sure others feel the same way.

I know the other thread is locked. I've read each and every piece of advice. (Even those that disagree with me and that's perfectly fine).

Going forward no more saying "love you" to the ex. I get that.

As of today she wants to reconcile. I do too, but I have to deal with the fact that she accused me of something that was an outright lie. I do need to find a way to get past that, protect myself going forward. That does scare me.

Anyway: Today is a calmer day. Wish me luck.

My daughter is now 1 week here in the US. She entered with an IR2 visa. Now i'm not sure what to do or process next.

I'm a US Citizen, my daughter is 13 years old.

I'm not sure if USCIS will be mailing us her green card or a citizenship certificate or shall we apply for it. Please advise as I'm not too sure which guide to read as there's several contradicting guides in the USCIS website.

We submitted the I-131 at the same time we submitted our I-485. The I-131 was returned for what was stated as incorrect payment amount. It was our interpretation that no fee was required for the 1-131 if you filed the 485 and the 131 at the same time. A review of requirements indicate to me that if you do what we did, that being to file while in the United States, no fee is required. What is not clear is some language we came across that says you must complete Biometric requirements before filing I-131. We called USCIS and was told we needed to pay $660.00 for the 1-131. Then USCIS stated that we had to comply with a C-9 requirement and now we are completely lost. Can anyone help us with this.
