US Immigration from Philippines

I filed AOS on June 2019 and finally got our interview scheduled this August 2021!

They were asking for us to bring our pay stubs and a letter from employer (for both of us - me and my husband) I'm not sure if I also have to bring our W2 (since I don't have W2 yet because I just started working) Do we need to file NEW Affidavit of Support (me and my husband)?? Or I just need to bring the COPY of Affidavit of Support of my husband's that I submitted when I filed my AOS?

Also, is there any checklist of requirements to bring on the Medical Examination and Interview?

There s probably a lot of posts about this tried looking it up but nothing really came up. Anyway, I am hoping to attend classes this fall. Just want to be sure applying for FAFSA won t affect my ROC/citizenship process in the future? Won t be considered as a public charge or something?

I finally got a response form an attorney in Manila. They are quoting me the following:

"Our fee starts at 150k pesos , at 5 payments of 30k upon signing of a contract then monthly until the150k is fully paid, plus appearance fees of 8k pesos per appearance, plus expenses ( filing fees, court fees,). Only 30k would be needed to start the process. Let us know if there are other concerns, or if you are ready at this time to review a contract for the handling of the case."

This seems rather expensive for Philippines???

Does anyone have any suggestions for other attorneys? The one year timeline they give is that realistic, or is it likely to take longer?

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I'm filling out the I-129f and am confused on whether I should fill out the part the says Alien Registration Number. I am a naturalized citizen but that was over 20 years ago when I was very young. I do have a certificate of naturalization with an A#.

I'm reading old posts on this and receiving conflicting info, sometimes in the same thread with some saying they didn't need to fill it out and others saying you should and the number sticks with you your entire life. Please advise.

I came to Guam with my son on January 12, 2016, got married to a fiancee a few days later. We never travelled outside Guam. Now, I am trying to apply for US Citizenship online, it says that I may not meet the physical requirement. I dont know if I should continue filing my application online or should I just do paper filing?

Anybody here encountered anything like this?
