US Immigration from Philippines

If I filed an I-130 for my spouse and stepdaughter, does my spouse have to pay an immigrant fee before traveling to the USA? I thought that once the I-130 is approved it's sent to the NVC then once you complete all the processes with nvc and you complete your interview that they can come to the USA? How much is the immigrant fee? I thought that was all included when you pay the ds 260 fees. Can someone pls clarify this for me bcs I'm a little confused? Also, I have a daughter who was born in the Philippines and we did all the paperwork for her to be a US Citizen so I was told by USCIS before that I don't have to file anything extra for her bcs she's already a us citizen! However, I still have to add her name to the petition even though she's a US citizen but I don't have to file an additional application for her as she's already a citizen of the US.

Hi everyone! just wondering on NOA2 (I-797) there is a validity on the form. What does it mean ?
If you happen to go past to the validity what should you do?
We're on a K-1 (fiance visa) application and still waiting up to this day our NVC number.

I just wanted to ask if anyone here has filed for the I-131, Application for Travel Document ? The agent through Emma ( USCIS online support chat ) says that my EAD card is a combo of I-765 and I-131. Which I have also read on the notice that it is, but it is also does not guarantee of re-entry (i must be mistaken or read it wrong).

Has anyone traveled outside of US while waiting for their green card and re-entered US using the EAD combo card? it says on my card " SERVES AS I-512 ADVANCE PAROLE".

Hi all, I hope all is well. I have not been here for a while. My question is I filed the I-485 for my step-daughter which was received at the Dallas Lock Box this past Sunday. I sent it with the G1145 and Authorization to charge my CC. How long does it usually take to get a confirmation email/text and charge to my CC?

Also, will they issue her a Green Card right away since her mom already went through the process and has her green card, or have to go through the long wait? Thanks in Advance.

hi, anyone has similar situation with us? we sent our K1 packet on Feb 20, 2025 and it was delivered at USCIS DALLAS on Feb 25. My petitioner's credit card was charged on Feb 28 but until now we have not received any text,email or mail from USCIS. but i have read that others been receiving their NOA1 within a week of filing. is there anything we can do? or do we have to just keep waiting? im a bit worried. without the receipt number we cant check the status of our application at all.
