Does anyone know if we're K1 Visa going to the United States. If having a police certificate is required by the embassy in Manila during the interview

I have submitted I-130 for my Mother and Father and they got approved last month. I am on the process of answering the I-864 form but I have few questions and concern.

My income barely meets the 125% Poverty guidelines for household of 3. Hence, I am using my husband as a joint sponsor. From what I understand, I have to submit separate Affidavit of Support for each parent. My question is, can I use my husband as a joint sponsor for both of them?

Also, on the part of the form seen on the attached image, I am confused as to what to answer. Do I include my father on my Mother s I-1864 household size and vice versa?

Any help and enlighten would be greatly appreciated!

Hello, Everyone.. I have a question that might be able to be answered in this section.. We have recieved our NOA2 and our case is on the way to the NVC..

My question is if we choose to postpone our interview is that possible?.. It says on the NOA2 that it expires in April 2022.

If we request an extension does anyone know how long we can extend it for and also.. Who should we contact to request the extension for the interview.

Please advise.

There has been a lot of recent blogs about their K1's "in transit' to USEM and I can't help but feel discouraged because our NOA2 is April 2020 and theirs are May, June and July 2020.

We've been waiting for so long and now people got ahead of us. This is so cruel and I don't know who to contact regarding this. I don't have the fight in me anymore.

I was told by a co worker who went through a similar process that the Manila embassy will contact the beneficiary of the k1 visa, not the petitioner. I don't know if this is true or not but I don't think her email address is on the paperwork, just her residence and name. I have already emailed my lawyer about this to see what he says because I thought I would be contacted when they are ready to process the application. The k1 visa application is currently in transit to the Manila embassy. I am hoping to get advice on this matter.
