I'm assisting a friend of my wife in getting a work visa in the USA. My wife is from the Philippines (now a dual citizen) and works as a supervisor in a hospital. We were thinking, she could get a work visa as a CNA/Nanny - what forms should she complete; any info. would be appreciated. The applicant is currently working as a nanny in Hong Kong. We are not sure if it is feasible to apply, is it anyone out there that has applied?

Hello, I m getting ready to submit my I-130, I-130a for my wife online. I was wondering if any documents have to be mailed in, (like passport photos or any other relevant documents)? I My included documents are entered under Additional proof of marriage, including Cover Letter, copy of g-1145 Passport stamps, etc. They are not necessarily in order of my Cover Letter though, because I kept adding additional documents. Is there anything I need to change and anything anyone else can think of before submitting? Thanks for all of the advice on here. i also will be submitting another I-130 later today for her 12 year old son, does anyone know of any additional Evidence I need submit along with that file? I know, I ve got to include prior marriages, deaths, marriage certificate to mother, child s birth certificate. 8ve been told I don t need photos of us together, I believe, is that correct? Anything else I m missing? Again, thanks for any relevant advice!

Anybody here who used this route and got a successful result using Utah online marriage to bring their loved ones from Philippines to the US? This sounds like the most logical process compare to using K1 at the moment. Utah online marriage looks like still in its infancy though, it started about a year ago. I just read one debate about this issue here and the comments are mixed. I-129F applicant NOA1 received @03/31/2022

Hello, everyone, I am petitioning for my wife to immigrate from the Philippines via IR-1 visa. Our case reached the NVC at the end of December, and in the middle of January, we submitted all our docs. Shortly thereafter, we requested an expedite and we're granted an expedite with conditions. On March 31, 2022, we received an email from the NVC stating that we were documentarily qualified. On April 1st, one day later, we received an email from NVC Expedite stating that because we were expedited, they would send our case immediately to the US Embassy in Manila. That was 12 days ago. I have called the NVC twice this week. The first person told me everything is fine; it's just taking a little while. The rep today gave me what I later found to be false information: that at this point, it's out of the NVC's hands until they get a request for our case from the Embassy itself. I was later told this is incorrect information, and that the NVC is responsible for forwarding it to the Embassy. I have called twice and emailed twice, and nothing is happening; our status is stuck at "At NVC." It's not even "In Transit" yet. Has anyone else faced this issue? What can we do at this point to move things along? We are getting desperate and willing to try practically anything at this point. Thank you in advance.
